"Excellent. We added a bathroom and a bedroom, took down paneling and completely redid the family room. These guys did all the electrical work, plumbing work, flooring, painting and everything else. Amazing communication, stayed on budget, worked very well with us and the work was done quickly and exactly as described. Any issues were immediately dealt with. Any questions were immediately answered. Would absolutely work with these guys again and would recommend them!"

"Fantastic! He was the first contractor to contact me and he was by far the lowest cost. I had about 120’ of sidewalk and a couple 9’x12’ slabs to replace. Existing was poured in the early 1900’s. 3x thicker than what I think he expected along with several granite slabs I had for stairs. Andy and his guys still made quick work of it. The elevation of my existing walkway was awful. Standing water and an ice rink in the middle. I know he used 3x more fill than he expected to make it right. Laying out the new walkway he had some design suggestions that my wife loved. Again I know it was more work than he initially expected. The finished work and cleanup was great. Some contractors have an upcharge for every little thing. He stood by his quote. Being a contractor ,of a different trade myself, I could not in good conscience not pay him a little more. I still paid hundreds less than the next closest ESTIMATE. I couldn’t be happier and I will have him back in the spring to replace the other side of the house. Well done Andy and crew."

"Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

New gutters with leaf guards were installed by a true master on 4/7/2020. Looking forward to never having to hire someone to clean gutters again. The ideal base for concrete is even, firm, and permeable to encourage drainage. Depending on your project's weight requirements, a combination of gravel, sand, or other aggregates is best. While you can technically pour concrete over grass, dirt, or an old piece of concrete, you risk threatening the concrete's stability.

If you've decided you'd like to skip the cost of restoring a brick exterior wall after considering whether you should repair or replace brick on your house, you can consider installing fiber cement siding over brick for a cost of $2 to $6 per square foot. When done properly, cement siding over brick offers a durable, low-maintenance option that can actually reduce your home's energy costs. It's also attractive. However, improper installation or installation over heavily compromised brick can cause water damage. 

With proper installation and sealing, both poured concrete and cinder block walls can be durable options for your yard or home. Poured concrete walls do offer more durability and strength, but cinder block walls are less expensive to build and DIY. A concrete wall costs an average of $6,500.

Labor and pouring adds between $8 and $18 per square foot to your total for concrete delivery. Especially for larger projects, it’s usually a good idea to hire a professional concrete delivery company when it comes to installing concrete surfaces even though it will undoubtedly cost more to hire a pro to do the work for you.

Unfortunately, concrete cracks happen, so there’s no surefire way to avoid them long-term. To slow down the cracking, apply a sealant every two to three years and use sand rather than salt to melt snow or ice. Using salt speeds up the freeze-thaw cycle, which may increase the likelihood of cracking.
