Did a wonderful job.

They came out the next morning and fixed our issues quickly and professionally.

They were the first & only Plumber's to contact us and came out the day after we posted. They showed up on time, gave us an estimate which we compared to another we had already had, they had the better bid. We asked when they could do the job & they said right now if you want us to. They started the job and then had to go get a part. They came right back, continued to work on the gas line. The job couldn't be finished that day, they needed to go get one more special fitting and would need to come back the next work day. We paid half in good faith. The following day they returned with the needed fitting, completed the job. Paul & Kevin were professional and courteous, the area was cleaned and everything was in working order. I would recommend them to other's needing Plumbing.

Kevin and Paul were the techs who arrived right on time this morning to move the gas pipe behind my new stove so I could access my dishwasher right next to the range. They were courteous and professional, answered all my questions and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Rooterman to anyone who has a plumbing problem of any kind!

I’m very pleased with the quick turnaround time. I requested a quote on Sunday and Rooterman had someone come out the next day to take a look. I accepted the quote and he completed the work within a few hours. He had to run out a few times to get parts but he was always polite and professional, and happily answered my questions.

Big mistake not getting quote in writing. Never again...

Job was to replace bathroom sink faucet. I had already taken out 3 -4 parts/pipes from underneath of the sink, but I lacked the right tool to uninstall & reinstall the new faucet. I bot a set of new faucets. Price quoted by the plumber was $460. Told me it will take 2 hours. Asked him $230/hour ? He said, price is by the project. Another plumber came in got it done in 45 minutes and charged me $150. Most of these guys are out to screw customer. I will never hire this guys.
