"My wife and I found out about Cherry Roofing and Siding from our son-in-law Mike Clyburn who is a job planner for Cherry. He set up the visit with the sales rep and ordered the materials for the job. We were visited by the sales rep Mike Schmidt. He inspected the current roof and estimated the work to be done. The roof on the house and the garage were to be replaced (20 square) along with downspout work on the garage. He spent a lot of time explaining the techniques, materials, and timing to complete the job. The crew headed by Mike Kane came the day of the job. They were efficient, their work top notch and left the jobsite as clean as they found it. All the work was completed as expected in one day. The gutter and downspout work were completed in about 1 hour the next day. I have included 2 pics of the finished job. "The owner, Jim, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He is willing to answer all questions and work with you on any issue. His team arrives on time and works very hard to get the job done in a timely manner. Roof replacement can be very messy but his team cleans up the place really well. The materials he uses are high quality and the house looks fantastic. From the road you can tell the roof was done by professionals. What a difference! His price is fair (we got numerous bids) and the quality is exceptional so we were quick to recommend him to other family members."

"We sadly signed up for a free estimate. Jon came on 8/16 and we were told by Jon a few times all we had to do was call in within 3 days and get our deposit back. I asked twice and my husband asked once he said "all we have to do is call and we will get our $100 back" Clearly not true. I called on the 3rd day 8/19 and spoke with a lady, i thought her name was gabby, but apparently they lied giving me that name she doesnt work there. I have no idea what her name was sadly I did not record the call. Was told my papers weren't put in it was no issue, my check would be mailed on Monday the next business day. Well a week later I get a call from financing stating they need signatures. Confused I was like we canceled and you all were supposedly mailing my check. Well low and behold apparently you can't cancel over the phone. So Jon lied multiple times and "gabby" lied when I called in. They cashed out check and our free estimate cost us $100. I was told the VP would call us back on 8/26. He finally called us on 8/29. We missed the call but called right back. Have tried calling today 8/30. When I called to cancel the service it was within my time period! Of course now it's out. Lesson learned! Don't trust them! When I called on 8/19 at 3:24pm the call lasted under 2 minutes, which it was very quick. Told them I needed to cancel an epoxy job, transferred me to some girl, I told her jon said all I had to do was call. she said up and went on about the papers not being filed yet and since it was friday and late the check wouldn't be mailed till monday. Never again."

"After getting about half a dozen quotes, we ultimately decided to go with Home Genius Exteriors. They were the most expensive of all the options, but we chose them because we knew exactly what we wanted, and they clearly understood our requirements. The process began with Lois, who was extremely helpful with all the initial paperwork. Then Alyssa took over and was consistently in touch with us—updating us on the schedule and rescheduling as needed due to weather delays. On install day, the crew showed up bright and early at 7 AM—just as promised. They got started right away. All materials and the dumpster had already been delivered days in advance, so there were no delays. They quickly set up tarps around the house and began removing the old shingles and boards—we opted for a full deck replacement. Joe, the project manager, stayed in contact via phone and text, letting me know he’d be arriving a bit later. That wasn’t an issue at all because his foreman, Ivan, had everything well under control. Once Joe arrived, we discussed a few things, and some minor adjustments were made based on my requests. The entire process was smooth—Joe was professional and made sure I was happy with everything. The crew finished around 4 PM, and then spent nearly 90 minutes on cleanup, making sure no nails were left behind—especially on the driveway. Overall, we're very happy with the service provided by Lois, Alyssa, Joe, and Ivan. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. "I called Munz on a Thursday morning to get an estimate. I had an appointment for the next afternoon. Connor Baptiste was my salesman and was very professional. He explained everything and took his time doing it. We had a deal a couple hours later. The dumpster arrived as soon as my materials came in. The day they started I met Billy Atkinson the project manager. Billy walked me thru everything on every morning. He’s a great employee! The roofers came first and did a great job. Very clean job!! The next day the siding came and my house looked unrecognizable by the time they were finished. The last day the gutters were installed and they look great. We now have the gutter guards so we will never need to be on roofs cleaning gutters again. Billy came on the last day of our project and we are really impressed with how great our house looks and the great customer service. Thank you everyone!!"
