The crew was professional, awesome and did a great job.

The installation was completed within 1 day and looked good on the house. Mr. Kotarski was in communication throughout the process and completed a final inspection and explained the process of installation and clean up in detail.

They were extremely through in their analysis of the problem and the execution of the remedy. They were timely, professional, Polite, and efficient. I would give them my highest recommendation!!

Very reliable friendly crew that did the siding! Showed up early and worked hard all day. The project manager was also great! My only issue was that a final walk through or asking about concerns was never done and there are a lot of nails/ garbage/ materials left behind. I’ve work with other companies and they always make it seem like they were never at my home working but not the case here. I do have little kids so I had to walk through and pick up a lot of nails on my porch and yard. Also I was told that I would get an extra piece of siding so I could color match it but again that did not happen. But over all a very good experience

The siding and windows we got are amazing! Complete transformation of our house. Even the smallest of complaints I had to get the look I envisioned, like the flashing on the roof in the front being thicker than the back were taken care of immediately. Everything was done in less than a week

WORST SERVICE ON THE MARKET. THIS COMPANY LEFT MY GRANDMOTHER $14k in DEBT, after recommending top teir gutters. The gutters were NOT needed. Not only did the company install the gutters poorly, they do not work. They do not work because she needs a roof, not new gutters. This horrible company recommended $14k gutters when a ROOF was needed. Now she will have to take down the gutters, and put up a new roof. KICKER - they fell into her garage door and left it damaged/non-functioning. DO NOT ..... I REPEAT ..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can see in the pictures below how gutters should never have been installed on this house. Also can see how they do not work (icicles behind). Imagien $14k for gutters that do not work. RUN from Home Genius. Their response a week later: Ambrose Powell 1:45 PM (53 minutes ago) to Jeff, me, Austin, Victoria Bill, I respect that you are a busy person and that is exactly why I gave you a multitude of options for a scheduled phone call. After you agreed to talk at 9:30am I called you exactly at that time, you did not call me back until 11:50am in which you apologized for missing my call and told me you appreciated with me sticking with it. I too am a busy person and scheduled phone calls with other customers as well as additional meetings when you gave me the agreement of 9:30am. Quick clean work. Couldn’t be happier with our windows.

These guys are the best! I was a little skeptical about them at first because they were just people that knocked on our door, so I thought what will it hurt just to get another estimate. I am so glad we did. They have the best customer service around. They were very pleasant to talk to, were very knowledgeable about everything and so meticulous about cleaning everything on our windows and the trim and even our floors. They would not leave until they cleaned our floors due to the salt from the snow not that they made a mess. I never seen or worked with anyone that efficient in every way! Would definitely recommend them for a job that anyone needs 100% satisfied.

The entire commercial experience with the team at Home Genius Exteriors was outstanding. From sales presentation, property assessment, consistent high quality contact from personnel to the completed project could not be better. My project manager for this portion of the work was Joe and his team were the ones up on my roof doing the work. All of them did a phenomenal job! Joe was extremely communicative and helpful and everyone who worked on the house was super kind and fast. The whole thing was over so quickly I’m still a little headspun! Highly recommended and endorsed!

Joe and his crew did a great job installing 40 windows to my multi unit in a day and a half. All the tenants were happy with how neat and quick they were

I was extremely worried when I found a leak coming from our roof. When Home Genius Exteriors came out Ryan explained everything very clearly, made me feel comfortable and wasn't scared to get to access any small areas of the attic. Once Joe and his team came out my roof and gutters were done in one day! Joe returned the following day for a final walk through to make sure we weren't anything less than satisfied. Thank you for your wonderful customer service.

The guys were great, everything was communicated in a timely fashion and the estimated time they gave to complete the work was exactly the time it took. They cleaned up after, and Joe—the project manager—came by the day after completion to inspect and clean up anything that was missed. Roof and gutters look great.
