You guys were on top of this from the minute we called and kept us informed throughout the whole process

I called Munz on a Thursday morning to get an estimate. I had an appointment for the next afternoon. Connor Baptiste was my salesman and was very professional. He explained everything and took his time doing it. We had a deal a couple hours later. The dumpster arrived as soon as my materials came in. The day they started I met Billy Atkinson the project manager. Billy walked me thru everything on every morning. He’s a great employee! The roofers came first and did a great job. Very clean job!! The next day the siding came and my house looked unrecognizable by the time they were finished. The last day the gutters were installed and they look great. We now have the gutter guards so we will never need to be on roofs cleaning gutters again. Billy came on the last day of our project and we are really impressed with how great our house looks and the great customer service. Thank you everyone!!

The customer service started when I was in search for a Roofing Company and I spoke to Mr Barry Adams’s we both missed the timing and I went with another Company as my matter was urgent and it was a few days before Christmas. But there was something about his delivery he was very professional very patient very detailed it was flawless and exceptional his professionalism stayed with me and I kept his company number. Unfortunately the first Company did not work out they did not deliver as plan let’s just say that. So I’m back again to get this work completed I had the pleasure of speaking to Jen who was very sweet and kind I missed my appointment due to a same day meeting at work which I felt bad but she was graceful and kind. Now today I had another opportunity to speak to Andrew he was once again very polite professional very transparent very informative knowledgeable patient and helpful. He explained in detailed was the job entails the cost the square footage the ups downs pros cons the training and support is consistent with each person I spoke to this Company is worth your time your job needs and the opportunity to do your work they show great care and they take heart having this mindset and approach your money will be well spent. We have nothing but good things to say about Munz Roofing. From the first consult to the day of installation, everything was quick and seamless. Our sales consultant, Bryan Toff was incredible. We had 3 other estimates before we met with Bryan, and he was the reason we chose Munz. He was honest, knowledgeable, personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Anytime we had questions, he would get right back to us. The roof was replaced in one day and the crew left no mess behind. We are extremely satisfied with our choice to go with Munz!

Andrew Fitzgerald came out minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment...which was greatly appreciated. He took pictures of our chimney and explained that the slow leak we were experiencing was from cracked masonry on our chimney. He was polite, quick, and thorough.

Sean and Chris from Five Star Remodeling, Inc did an amazing job remodeling our 2 bathrooms and powder room. Their work exceeded our expectations! All work was done by Five Star except for the countertops (KOL Marble & Granite) and shower door (Specialty Shower & Closet). We will use Five Star again and refer to our family and friends.

We hired Five Star Remodeling to gut and remodel our full bathroom in late 2019 and we are STILL dealing with fallout from their shoddy work a year and a half later. We initially chose Five Star because their lead salesman indicated they could assist with design, but the “design” services consisted of showing us stock photos of fixtures that wouldn’t actually fit in our bathroom. Once we sourced and ordered our own fixtures, Five Star installed several of them damaged or crooked, which prolonged the entire renovation while we were left without a working tub/shower. Because the floor tiles were installed incorrectly, our floor is uneven in height and the grout cracked almost immediately. Our toilet also began leaking through the floor and our downstairs ceiling below, which our longtime plumber realized was due to an incorrect install of the drain pipe. We luckily fixed the issue before it necessitated a full second remodel; however, we’re now left having spent a large sum of money on a renovation with many aesthetic and utility defects. I would absolutely NOT recommend Five Star and hope to save other homeowners from our experience.

We hired them to take over our project, after our original contractor (Jet Roof) did not meet our expectations. From our first meeting everything went extremely excellent. They did a beautiful job on everything. The employees were very courteous and caring. I would highly recommend them.

I had my kitchen remodeled by Five Star. They handled everything from the digital design to the finishing touches. The remodeled kitchen is definitely my favorite room in the house!

Five Star remodeled my master bath. They gutted everything down to the studs, installed new insulation & sheetrock. They installed all new fixtures & did tilework. It came out beautiful!
