AJ did everything he could, short of coming to assess the problem in person (because of Covid), to address the issue I was having with water in the back of my house. He is very responsive and very knowledgeable! I walked him through the problem over facetime and afterwards he gave me a clear assessment of what exactly was happening (in a way I could understand) and instructions as to what to do to fix it. It ended up being a problem that had to be addressed by a roofer, but I wouldn’t know that without AJ. I definitely recommend AJ if you need a knowledgable and reliable home water expert! "Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done"

"The driveway lady provided excellent customer service. She answered my first voicemail at the end of business the day I left it. I was scheduled for work within a few days. I was very impressed with the work quality, the time it took to complete the work, and how helpful she was in answering questions about other work we need to have done around the property. Our neighbor was so impressed that they hired her on the spot and she was able to complete their work the same day. I wish I had more asphalt that needed work because she is A+ in my book. Carlos and crew showed up a bit late due to traffic, apologized profusely for the delay, which I was fine with since it was out of their control. The crew stayed late and finished the job in one day.
