"The contractor was not responsive.  I had to call multiple times.  I prepaid $85 of the total charges.  The day the driveway was finally scheduled to be sealed, I confirmed with the owner live on the phone at 7:45AM, that they would be onsite that day to seal the driveway. I agreed to leave my garage doors partially up so not to get any residual coating on the bottom when they sprayed.  When I arrived home at 6SPM.  They did not come yet!  I phone the contractor and was quite angry because another promise (a series of phone calls was not returned leading up to this day) was broken.  I had to leave for my son's football game.  It was going to be dark at 7PM or so that night... she got the job done between 6PM and dark.  When I arrived home at 10PM the job was done.  The quality of the work was good!  The contractor had no issues calling me for the payment that I owed her because the driveway was bigger than the 600ft. the $85 offer called for.  She arrived promptly at 11AM on Sunday morning to pick up the check!  My only criticism is that she didn't return calls, she made numerous promises for callbacks and commitments to seal the driveway she didn't keep and that's important to me, a new customer.  I will not use this contractor again.  Nor will I recommend her service.

"Everyone was very professional and courteous. Since they were both waterproofing (installing a sump pump system) and finishing the basement there were two different crews but each one was knowledgeable and took care and time to show me every step they were making. There were a few times where communication from the head office was a little lacking but the team members themselves were great. I would highly recommend their services even though the price tag is quite high."

"Denis was very prompt in scheduling a time to come out and give me an estimate.  He explained all the details of what he could do to fix the face of our very old, poorly mortared-over foundation on the front of our house.  He and his team showed up right on time and were very polite and professional. They removed all of the old mortar and concrete, replaced stones where needed, ribbon-pointed all of the joints and seams, built a small curb to match our neighbor's, and really made our house look great. Our stone foundation now looks brand new.  He and his team did an outstanding job.  We had him come back a few weeks later to do the same to the rear foundation, and spot point some failing brick mortar on the side of our house. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

"Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. I think they approached the whole project very well, and even worked with us on the price for the add-ons. All-in-all, super solid work from a super solid contractor. Highly recommended."

"Larry came out and did an analysis of our exterior drainage system, as we were having some puddling issues in the front and rear of our yard. We had just moved into the home a few months prior and Larry also did an analysis of our basement as we were having some concerns about the slightly bowed wall in our basement. Larry was very thorough and took a lot of time to go through the details of the exterior french drainage system he would install. He responded back to us in a timely manner and was extremely reasonable with their quote compared to other bids we had received from other contractors.
Larry and his team came out to the house and made quick work of a tedious job.  They took good care to keep the job-site as tidy as possible. Although Larry changed from the original plan, we felt comfortable with this as he was very thorough when explaining the reasons behind the change and we felt he had our best interest at heart. If we had any questions Larry was always available to answer them for us even when we called at 9pm.
We had a walkway that they had to cut through in order to run the piping for the drainage and Larry even added concrete to fix the walkway even though it wasn't in our original proposal.
We feel like with the work that was completed we got an excellent price and we have the peace of mind knowing that the job was done properly.

When the president, Jason, arrived for our estimate appointment, he listened to my plan and offered several inexpensive suggestions that really added to the overall design. We received our estimate within a few days, and the estimate included computer-generated drawings of the design, which really helped us to visualize the final product, and it ensured us that JMJ understood what we were looking for. "Michael and his crew are excellent and reliable craftsmen. My concrete porch floor was sinking due to no structural support. Michael came and gave me several options for repair to secure my porch floor from sinking more and he installed a support girder under the floor and repaired all cracks that were forming due to the sinking of the floor.
