AJ did everything he could, short of coming to assess the problem in person (because of Covid), to address the issue I was having with water in the back of my house. He is very responsive and very knowledgeable! I walked him through the problem over facetime and afterwards he gave me a clear assessment of what exactly was happening (in a way I could understand) and instructions as to what to do to fix it. It ended up being a problem that had to be addressed by a roofer, but I wouldn’t know that without AJ. I definitely recommend AJ if you need a knowledgable and reliable home water expert! They all three were very polite and professional. Mike explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. They worked really hard installing supports and sistering joists as well as putting down a vapor barrier. Mike stayed in the house and made sure things were going back to level while Chris and Brady made adjustments underneath the house. they cleaned up when they were done, and they cleaned up their workspace so well that you couldn't tell they were even there. We also have peace of mind knowing that we have a service plan with them so that if something goes wrong, AFS will be there for us. Definitely check AFS out for all of your foundation needs.
