"I was on vacation with my family. My out of office phone message indicated that I am out of the office on over-night travel and that I would return messages as soon as possible. I was out of the state of Pennsylvania on a boat with my family. This was a project from 2019.... While on vacation, I do not have access to archived project files from 4 years ago. The one (1) phone message this past client left did not imply an urgent or emergency situation.. I later flew back into Pennsylvania in the early afternoon, went directly to my office; immediately checked the mail, emails, and all phone messages and called this person that evening!"
