AJ did everything he could, short of coming to assess the problem in person (because of Covid), to address the issue I was having with water in the back of my house. He is very responsive and very knowledgeable! I walked him through the problem over facetime and afterwards he gave me a clear assessment of what exactly was happening (in a way I could understand) and instructions as to what to do to fix it. It ended up being a problem that had to be addressed by a roofer, but I wouldn’t know that without AJ. I definitely recommend AJ if you need a knowledgable and reliable home water expert!
