He came out on a weekend to give us an estimate to accommodate our schedule even though he had personal plans that day. He did not try to scare us into purchasing more products, pressure us to sign that day to lock in a price or pay a large deposit to secure the job like nearly every other company that offered us an estimate. Instead he was very knowledgeable and laid back. He gave us a very fair price and even threw in a window drain where other companies wanted to charge a few hundred dollars more. On the day of installation, he was there to help and ensure the job went smoothly. The work was initially planned for two days but was finished in one. The area was left clean and dry.
