"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

We do everything water heater related including pressure reducing valves, thermal expansion tanks, water shut off valves, leak repair etc. Promised to be quick in responce, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. It took me weeks until I got to Jeff and WHIAH, so many people gave me the runaround, not following through even on a quote, suggesting absurd costs like $3K+ for labor. Why's it so hard to find someone honest, dependable, professional, and competent these days? As soon as I was in contact with Jeff, a huge weight came off my shoulders because I knew I was now in the right hands. Empathic, knowledgeable, patient and transparent... and fast! When they installed, they identified and rectified many mistakes made by the person who installed the last one 5 years ago. They thoroughly checked the work when done, even safety checks. The labor cost was half the high end of others. HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me."

They took out a coat closet in our entryway and built a vestibule (installing tiles, wainscoting, doors, etc.), which turned out stunning. They also installed crown moulding, took out a closet and refinished the wall, took out carpet on stairs and in the office and replaced it with wood-flooring (or refinished the wood-flooring underneath), installed a dog door and two chandeliers, remodeled a fireplace (installing tiles around it and at the hearth + building a mantle). We were extremely happy with the result! Frank and his crew are professional, easy to communicate with, and meticulous. They moved our furniture around with great care and cleaned the house after the work was finished. We will definitely hire them again in the future!"
