I hired Abbott Plumbing to remove and replace a tub and shower surround for a rental property.  The materials selected were of excellent quality and the installation was completed in a timely and professional manner. Once I saw the quality of their work I quickly decided to have them address other plumbing issues in the house. They replaced the water closet, waste flange and piping which were in bad shape.  They also updated my sink with a new faucet and replaced the drain and trap. I also located a problem with my washing machine water lines. They replaced them both and installed separate water shut offs in the basement and at the washing machine.  I was quoted prices on each item I added on to the project, before the work was done. They put the old fixtures where I wanted them and bagged all the construction debris.  Good communication, a professional job, and nice guys to work with. I will hire them again for other projects. They did a really nice job.

Abbott was responsive after a morning call. Came precisely when they promised. Thorough work by Abbott's plumber/pipe fitter, polite, clear explanations, professional demeanor throughout.

Dan, the plumber, was on time, reasonably priced and very informative. Quick to repair the job.

Needed pop up replaced along with install trap rotted out. Dan was excellent. Have used this company before, will not use anyone else.

We had problems with overflowing and water leaking down into basement. Husband had replaced the toilet tank, flushing equipment - worked a couple of times, same problem. After plumber came - everything was working, but same thing. Plumber came back and said it was our septic full. Had septic pumped. Guess that was it.

It went very well.  Abbott called and said, they could come earlier than my appointment.  I told them 12:15 p.m. would be good and he arrived on time.  As I explained above he guided me in the correct use of a garbage disposal and I truly appreciated it.  I have lived in apartments and own several homes but no one has guided me through the correct use and what to and not to place in the disposal.

Pulled out vanity and shower to install valves. And then put it all back; it was amazing to see! Service was unbelievable! He was very clean and professional and got right to work. Price was good and they were punctual. We got calls ahead of their arrival. He explained everything he was doing and why - which means a lot to me.

Workmanship, quality and over-all completion of both projects was excellent. On time and on budget. Employees were great to work with, did a great professional job. They maintained communications with us throughout the project and were responsive to any questions we had. Workmanship was well done, they worked with care and always maintained the work area, cleaning up as they moved along.

Great Service. Jason was very helpful to a new homeowners questions. Serviced my hot water heater, professional, knowledgeable service.

The entire visit went smooth I have used them in the past for pressure tank replacement, water pump service, water valve replacement and toilet replacement. They are always on time pros and always clean and make sure the work is done right. They are a little pricey though. But when you need them they are there! So I guess you pay for that level of service a little more then the average plumber.

They were very nice and quick. They aren't overly expensive and they didn't strike me as the type who were just trying to take a bunch of money from you.
