We do everything water heater related including pressure reducing valves, thermal expansion tanks, water shut off valves, leak repair etc. Promised to be quick in responce, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Over 13 years of experience in the field.

I had a tankless water heater replaced. It took me weeks until I got to Jeff and WHIAH, so many people gave me the runaround, not following through even on a quote, suggesting absurd costs like $3K+ for labor. Why's it so hard to find someone honest, dependable, professional, and competent these days? The first installers workmanship was completely awful, gaps, leaks, broken pieces etc. 2nd was better but still left with a leak into floor below, returned again and fixed it but doors still aren't right and he admitted the frame wasn't level and plumb but didn't fix it. At this point we are done, not wasting anymore time, calling real professionals now, lesson learned, avoid these guys at all costs! "
