Very professional

The technician was professional and competent. He was able to make all the necessary repairs to our satisfaction.

I called the provider and explained my problem. They were very professional, and gave me a date and time that was good for both of us. They showed up on time and completed the repair in  a couple of hours. They cleaned up their mess before leaving I.. was more than satisfied with their work, This was my second time using them, and I will continue .

They did a very good job. They were cheaper than the other companies I looked into. One of the sprinkler heads got ran over by a car and they came out the very next day to repair it. Very good!

My irrigation system had not been services in some time. When a hose burst I started looking for a reputable company to call. I found Bakers in the yellow pages then signed on to Angie's list to get the scoop. My phone call was answered in a polite and professional manner. Although they were not able to come that day they did promise to contact me the following week for an appointment. They also offered to refer me to another company if I had an emergency. The following week I was contacted as promises. An appointment date and time was scheduled On the appointment date I received a confirmation call from them. They arrived at the scheduled time. They checked the entire system and made all necessary repairs I was extremely pleased with this company and would use them again.

My husband and I had a job that would've taken 1-2 weeks for us to complete and possibly a broken back or two, so we decided to seek some assistance. Our job included clearing a fair-sized area and planting jasmine throughout, building up a small area and resodding, two flag stone walk ways, and some touch-ups here and there. We called several other companies, and weren't impressed by any. Baker Landscape was recommended to me by word of mouth, so I made one last phone call to set up an appointment. I'm a stickler for great customer service, I have to admit their team exceeded our expectations. Josh and Rick were prompt, friendly and ready to get the job done. Their years of experience made the process quick and easy. We shared our vision, and they made recommendations for ease of maintenance and shrubbery that would last throughout the seasons. Their team showed up on the day and time that they said they would, and finished everything quickly. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail is what sets them apart from other landscaping companies. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for excellent results, products and customer service. A+++

Very professional service. When I called for a quote Rick called immediately and set an appointment. He arrived at the appointed time, talked to us about our needs and then came back with a complete proposal with various options. I waited almost two months before I decided to install the sprinkler system because I had to finish saving for the purchase. During that time Rick politely called back a couple of times just to inquire if I had made a decision. He was never pushy and understood that I was getting other proposals as well. In the end, his professionalism and price won out over the others. He stated that the work would start on the next Tuesday and it did. He completed on the day he told me it would be done. Overall a very pleasant experience with a real professional.
