Two years later, after finding black mold along the wall in my son’s closet, I realized my brand new roof was leaking in an entirely different location from the original leak. Long story short, I had B & E come back to my house 3 times, each time they promised me it was fixed, and now almost another year later, it is still leaking. I will be calling another roofing company tomorrow morning to come out and see what they think (I have since had this other company replace my garage roof and they did a fabulous job…and it doesn’t leak). When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."

"The salesman recommended a surface drain in the back yard to keep water from comming into the house. They dug with shovels but did not follow a chalk line resulting in an unbelievable jagged mess filled with stone. I cannot cover it so I have to look at this mess everytime I want to go out into my back yard or patio. Not to mention how difficult it is going to make lawn mowing. Then they connected and buried a rainconductor hose going down the side of the house to the front yard. Heaped rock and clay and dirt, literally heaped! Threw grass seed and straw on top and called it a day. Called managment and was told by a supervisor that this is how they do it, "we don't did straight lines" our yard looks like a war zone. Customer service does not exist, once they have your money you are history."
