Glad I called him! He was very nice. He got here as fast as he could when I called him, and was here early. The window works better than before.

We had a broken balance to a window. We called 6 people and all said that it couldn't be fixed... These guys fixed it. We didn't believe it until they came and did it with out a problem. Unreal. Wish people were as honest as the fixes to windows as these guys are!

Mr. Moore was very responsive. He showed up and did the work correctly and efficiently. Now all of my windows stay open!! After he left, I noticed that on the right side of one of the windows there was a small part of the liner that was sticking out. I called him and he responded very quickly. He came out and adjusted the window. They all work perfectly now. I highly recommend him.

He was very responsive. He came and looked at my windows within a few day of my calling him. He came back within a week with the parts required to fix the windows and fixed them all in less than 30 minutes. He also showed me how to remove them from the frames and clean them, which was a huge plus. He was extremely efficient in his work.

MOORE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME PUT IN A NEW GLASS FOR ONE STORM WINDOW AND RESCREEN 2 SCREENS, REPLACING ALL THE OLD PLASTIC AND METAL HARDWARE ON THESE WINDOWS/SCREENS AS THEY WENT ALONG. I FOUND THEIR SERVICE TO BE VERY GOOD. THEY AREN'T ALWAYS IN THE SHOP, SO CALL AHEAD OF TIME BEFORE YOU HEAD DOWN TO SEE THEM.
