"We worked with B&B to remodel our master bathroom and a hall bathroom. We had met with other home remodelers for quotes and they said our vision wasn't possible. When we first met with Michael he was all about solutions, not pointing out problems. He worked with us to understand our goals and budget. He was conscientious about recommending products that fit our vision and our budget. We were out of town on vacation when work began, but Michael, Lorenzo and their team kept in constant contact with us to approve design decisions as work progressed. They also were quick to adapt when we asked for changes to the design along the way. We had a few hiccups, but Lorenzo and Andrei always had a proposed solution ready to execute. Our bathrooms came out exactly as we envisioned, in line with our budget and are absolutely gorgeous. Every member of the team was kind, personable and trustworthy. We left the guys alone in the house while we were out with no worries. They also were great with our toddler who kept trying to "help" them as they passed through the living room (he actually cried on their last day when the guys packed up to leave). Inform you about the schedule well in advance and accommodate changes per your need. Inspect at each and every stage to make sure it meets the customer expectations. I give 5 out of 5 for this company .A major portion of the payment is taken only when the project is complete which is nice about them.they kept the pathways , driveways, stairs neat through out the work and no hassle for the homeowners. "Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy!
