We had them completely gut and remodel the kitchen of our South Philly rowhome, retile our foyer floor, install a new door and molding around it, and install new transom windows. They were there every day (or told us if they would not be for some specific reason), were extremely responsive to our questions, let us know exactly what was going on, and kept a clean work space. Our kitchen is stunning and every detail is exactly what we wanted. They even built us a custom shelf where a normal cabinet wouldn't fit. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a contractor and I don't think I'd ever use a different contractor. If there is a wait -- they are 100% worth that wait!"

"We are very happy with our bathroom rennovation completed by Frank and his crew. He was receptive to our questions and concerns and provided options when we ran into hurdles. When Frank made suugestions during the project, he always sent along links to pictures and gave us multiple options. They were very respectful of our home and the spaces they used. They started each day by making sure all the areas they would be using were protected and cleaned up well at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend using his contacts for design help and supplies - we did it ourselves and would have benefited from their help. When we discovered a leak one day after everyone went home, Frank came back to our house in the evening/after hours and worked until the leak was fixed. Frank was easy to reach when he wasn't on site and quick to respond to texts and calls. We would definitely partner with First Class Home Rennovations again and have already recommended them to several people."

Since it wasn't exactly a large project, either no one would return my call, or they wanted to charge way more than it was worth.
