Derek of D Design Woodworking refinished a table top on my solid oak kitchen table. The table is over 40 years old and is in great condition except for the top surface. Derek picked up the table and returned it to me a week later. The table is beautiful. He corrected all the flaws on the top surface, matched the oak stain perfectly, and recoated it to a beautiful finish. Thanks, Derek, for a job well done!

Derek from D Design Woodworking created very cool dining chairs from ten (10) we picked-up in VERY rough condition. He also took-over and SAVED a dining room tables project for us! Take a look at the pics! Highly recommended.

Beautiful refinishing job on my dresser--looks new again!

I messaged Derek several times before I decided to have him do the work. He was very patient with me as I had lots of questions. He was very knowledgeable and comforting as I was still on the fence. I gave in and the work he did was phenomenal! I have also talked to friends and they love his work. I am so appreciative. I would definitely use him again as well as recommend him to others.

I hired D Design Woodworking to build a floor mirror utilizing an antique mirror from an English armoire. We discussed the design, the type of wood (maple) to be used and the stain color. I received the mirror yesterday and I couldnâ t be happier. The mirror looks great in the frame and Iâ m extremely impressed with the workmanship. The mirror is very substantial and the stain matches our new bedroom furniture perfectly. I cannot recommend D Design more highly.

Derek is amazing! He was able to make my Dad a dream doghouse, which was Snoopyâ s red doghouse with Snoopy on top. My Dad is so happy with it and I am so glad Derek reached out to me from the ad I posted on home advisor. He is very professional and will definitely use him in the future.

I wanted a Custom coffee table and end table set. I really didnt have a solid idea. He showed me differnt types of wood, he made sure I liked the height and width of everything. And I could not be happier with the end results.
