The two technicians that did my bathroom, Jacob K and Jansen B were very professional, so nice and explained every step of the process. They also told me to come in anytime to see their progress. They put in almost 10 hours and the finished product is flawless and so beautiful! The entire project was done professionally from the first meeting with the Design Consultant, the two gentlemen who installed everything and the delivery if my warrantee. "These guys did a great job I love my new basement! I had water and moisture coming through my walls. After the rain I would have standing water along my basement perimeter. I have an awesome basement with big windows; perfect for finishing into family room/extra bedroom. I had to find a permanent fix to the water issue before doing anything else. Everyone I dealt with (Sean was our foreman) was very professional. Our new system includes a full perimeter drain, sump pump with battery backup, and thermal wall insulation.
