I have an awesome basement with big windows; perfect for finishing into family room/extra bedroom. I had to find a permanent fix to the water issue before doing anything else. Everyone I dealt with (Sean was our foreman) was very professional. Our new system includes a full perimeter drain, sump pump with battery backup, and thermal wall insulation.
