Lavish Home Remodeling

I highly recommend Lavish Home Remodeling for any plumbing needs and home repairs. I recently had them come out to handle several repairs, including issues with my faucets, various fixtures, and pipes. The work performed by the contractors was done very well and the quality of their work were superb. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free.

Lavish Home Remodeling did a fantastic job repairing my damaged driveway. They also helped with a drainage issue that was causing flooding in my basement. Would rehire/refer them anytime a need arises.

The contractor came to the house smelling funny. Very unprofessional and never finished the work.

My overall experience with Lavish has been dismal, to say the least. The main person that I worked with Shaun was completely unprofessional in every way. When he arrived he was late and did not have his phone, to begin with. When I called to see where he was his sister or someone else answered to tell me that he was on the way and that he left his phone. When he arrived he told me what I asked for from Angi was not in the scope of his services and had me cancel with HomeAdvisor to hire him directly...because he was going to give me a better deal. He told me he could do everything for $1000 and then had me sign the contract. I will take responsibility for not reading the contract or looking at the invoice which I did not do because he just opened up the signature page...which was very sneaking and when I asked him about it the next day when he wanted the deposit I went off. My fault again as I did not give the right for the deposit. I apologized. The next day he said that he was going to come and get started but did not because of someone else we need to push to Thursday. He takes up the ground but no repaving. Now here comes Friday, excuse after excuse as to why he could not be there to repave. Lets push until Monday. Monday comes oh my daughter had a car accident and I am not going to be able to do it. Tuesday comes they do not get started until after 3 pm and he did not haul away the concrete that was already there that he took up. I asked him when he is going to do that he says that he is looking for a price....never calls/comes and left me on read when I ask about the remaining work that he has not done. They are completely horrible and I will be filing a complaint with BBB....as I am looking for a refund as I was not happy and the backyard does not look good at all. bad work!

Dont hire this man.

He was very professional, went above and beyond, finish on the timely manner, and really made himself available, and really knowledgeable.
