We find communication on most projects, whether local or distant, is usually completed via phone and internet. There exists a triad between 3 major project aspects as quality, time and cost. A successful project requires a balance of the three. A well detailed set of construction documents will allow contractors to bid on the same "scope of work," competitively, thereby saving time and money. They removed approximately 650 square feet tile from our floors. They also moved washer, dryer and removed toilet/faucet to do underneath. My husband and I am very satisfied with the job they have done and we def recommend Pineda to anybody in need of floor work. We would probably hire them again for our upstairs floors."
