Thermo Twin Windows

An absolutely fantastic company that is willing to work with you in almost all instances. While it hasn't happened yet they offered to come and re caulk my windows after I replace the trim surrounding them. I have purchased two sets of windows from them and they are of incredible quality, and their installation teams have a through understanding of what they are doing. I will be sticking with Thermo-Twin any time I need windows

Twenty stars. Fantastic from start to finish. Had eleven windows installed five years ago so I know the windows ate durable and easy to use. A month ago had another six windows installed. Same fantastic experience. Already can tell they are saving energy costs. They manufacture custom made windows and the installers make sure they are air tight. Warranty is fantastic too. Thank you Thermo Twin.

DO NOT USE Thermo-Twin Industries for you window or sliding door replacement. This company is poor at best. I ordered Black windows and they installed espresso brown. The sliding door was installed uneven and the caulking job is unsightly. Brian Carricato is not honest. He is in it for the sale and nothing more. Also, don't depend on Service Manager - Dan Russino to offer any professional help. He pretty much depends on Brian to make his decisions. In addition to the poor quality of workmanship and product, they broke pickets on my wooden fence. When I made an inquiry to receive compensation I was offered $300.00 for my inconvenience. Then they offered to come and replace the sliding glass door. There is carpeting and tile that would get damaged should they remove the door. I have no matching tile or carpet to reinstall. Are they willing to replace all tile and carpet, well no. Not to mention taking the day off work, strangers in my home during Covid and why would I trust them again? I asked for $662.00 to compensate for their mistake which is more than fair. Now I am taking this company to court and will be asking for all windows and door to be replaced. Including fence repair. Please spend a few more dollars and avoid a big head ache.

Fantastic from start to go finish. TWENTY STAR RATING. Russ, Steve and Timmy were fantastic. It is hard to find professionals these days who are courteous and competent. Their office workers are fantastic too. You know top quality when a company gives you a lifetime warranty and has been in business for decades. Best part since they manufacture the windows in Pittsburgh, they are made for Pittsburgh weather which varies constantly. Older homes always present issues but the installation job was fantastic and the windows look as good on the outside as they do on the inside. It is hard to find good companies these days. I highly recommend Thermo Twin. I know five other customers who are just as happy. THANK YOU THERMO TWIN!

Excellent service, very good service from beginning to end. I ordered the windows, measurement was done on May, and was scheduled for installation on June 17th. They were right on schedule and the widows were great it was very well done. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their pricing was very fair, no other estimates though, but I would say that the price was reasonable. They were very careful with the carpeting, they cleaned up very well, and very accommodating.

Door good but not one window installed properly, none will lock. Sent same guy who screwed it up first time and when he left not one window would lock.

The company and workers are very professional and attentive. When asked about a performance issue, Dave came the same day and explained how the windows work. We are very satisfied with the service and windows.

My elderly mother had a horrible experience with this company cheating her. They insisted that she sign a contract before they would even consider doing the work (which she did); however, then when the job only took two hours instead of the four specified in the contract that they were basing the total cost on, they still insisted she pay the full amount. The supervisor would not return our calls and she continued to be harassed with past-due notices, etc. Save yourself a lot of hassle--do NOT trust this company!

From my initial sales meeting to the final install, I was happy and impressed with Thermo Twin. My sales representative Derek Bryant was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He presented me with good options, worked hard to answer all of my questions, provided me with warranties and data when requested, and even sent me pictures from the factory as my windows came off the line. He was present for the final measurement and clearly wanted to learn even more about windows and installation. I had two install teams. Dave, Chris, and Josh installed my windows and most of my new steel deck door. They could not have been nicer and their work was beautiful. They cleaned up after themselves. At times they asked for my opinion about how I wanted certain things to look. When installing the door, they noticed that a previous owner had not installed a lentel (steel beam above the door which holds up the bricks). They noticed cracks in the mortar and some sagging above the door frame. Dave recommended I contact a brick layer to make repairs and he and his crew sealed my door. Once I had the lentel installed and the brickwork repaired, Thermo Twin sent Dennis and Matt out to finish the door. They were just as nice and professional as my first crew. They removed the old wood frame on the outside of the door and sealed the edges with a new cap. My door works and looks terrific! I am thankful that they caught and notified me of the structural problem with my house. I would recommend Thermo Twin to anyone looking to buy new windows.

They did a very thorough job, I had the new windows for a year and a half already and they are still working great. It was a well done job. The workers were very good, easy to work with and does a very thorough job. I did get a lot of pricing but for the quality that you get is really worth it.

We had Thermo Twin replace windows for us several years ago. They looked fine initially; however, within a several year span, the frames started rotting/separating causing air and water leaks. When we called the company back, we were told that they would honor the warranty for parts, but it would cost $100 for them to show up and then another $100 per hour for labor to fix work that they obviously didn't do properly to begin with. Save yourself the hassle of going through this company--get it done right the first time!

Everything went seamless from the appointment with the salesman to the installation. We ordered Provia Aeris windows which is a brand handled by Thermo Twin in addition to their own manufactured brand. Some of the windows were quite large as well as tempered due to their location. The crew arrived in a snow storm and quickly laid plastic and tarps throughout our house to protect everything. They were also very respectful of my dogs having to get in and out and of me having the flu. Two of the windows required scaffolding to install and they were very careful of our carpeting and furniture. I can't say enough about how excellent this crew was (Dennis, Tim, Chris and Hunter). The craftsmanship with the woodwork and outside trim was first rate as was the cleanup. The Provia Aeris system looks like fine Amish furniture with windows in it. If you want a maintenance free window with a traditional woodwork look inside this system may be for you. I had estimates from Andersen, Pella, Window Universe (some online company), and two other local companies that installed Provia. We were only going to replace 18 windows at first but decided to replace the remaining 6 since the Thermo Twin price was so good. We are so glad we chose Thermo Twin and are going to use them again to replace 3 patio doors.

Very satisfied

We are extremely pleased with the entire process. It took less than two months from estimate to install for 10 custom fit windows. The windows look great, and now that its getting colder outside we can really feel the difference the new windows make inside. The installers were very professional, did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly afterward.

They gave us a really good price. They were very nice. They had three guys here; it didn't take them that long. They had everything in, fixed. They did the outside work, and they did a nice job. They were very good. The gentleman came out, sat to the dining table with us and went through the whole thing. We don't usually buy on the spot, but we were impressed enough we did it that day.

Very well. Very organized and got the hob done as agreed.
