+ -1 moreWe were extremely pleased with Northeast Builders & Remodelers. They were very professional and always cleaned up after themselves. Everything was performed perfectly and we have absolutely no complaints. Tile work was perfectly executed, the custom design, lines, plumbed and squared. And newly designed hardware were installed properly. We couldn't be happier and would recommend them/use them again!
Description of Work: Custom Bathroom - total demo of previous bathroom, plumbing to latest code, conversion of bathtub to full shower. Extensive tiling included shower and floor (porcelain), and walls to ceiling (ceramic and mosaic). Tiles were of 5 sizes. Shower system included shower head, hand-held shower on slide bar, diverter and pressure/temperature controls, grab bars, and tiled niche. Electrical work included some re routing and new plugs. They installed the floating vanity, mirror, side cabinet, toilet, lighting over vanity and ceiling, exhaust fan, towel bar, towel ring, robe hook, and toilet paper holder. They installed a new design of shower doors and new bathroom door. They performed daily cleanup.

+ 0 moreJob was done in a very clean and orderly manner in a way I was not bother by any mess. What they quoted was what it was. They are detailed oriented. In the area I could not find anyone so prompt to provide costing and information. I did call others and their responses were late or dd not even responded. Construction companies for remodeling are not very executive, these guys are. The overall experience was great. If you have a need for construction this is a great company to work with.
Description of Work: Northeast remodeled my bathroom and they were fabulous !

+ 2 moreWe have hired him a couple of times over a period of eight years and his work has always turned out great! His prices are competitive to other contractors. His s work is impeccable and his service is great! He and his crew are very prompt and arrive right on time. They are very fine, trustworthy workers. We have never had any issues. John is always meticulous. He is always there at the start of a job and continually stops in to check on the work.
Description of Work: We had a side concrete porch with a railing and we hired John to install a roof over it. We also had him install a Bay and some other windows for us on our front porch. He also installed siding, soffit, and fascia on the same porch.

I WILL NOT NEED ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK FOR ME BECAUSE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. THEIR WORK HOLDS UP. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL WHEN THEY START A JOB AND VERY CLEAN. THEIR PRICES ARE GOOD AND THEY DID SOME EXTRA WORK THAT THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR.
Description of Work: 1. REMOVED BRICK PAVERS. 2. PREPARED BASE. 3. SLOPED BASE AWAY FROM HOME TOWARDS YARD-WATER RUN OFF. 4. REINSTALL BRICK PAVERS (SAND BASE) PLATE TAMP COMPLETE AREA $2400 ALSO PAINTED AND REPAIRED STUCCO AS NEEDED TO MY HOME FINISH COAT THE WHOLE HOUSE $4700.
