Loebrich Contracting was reasonably priced and work was completed in a timely manner. Mr. Loebrich even came & inspected all work done and had his crew back as he didn’t like the way it went & had it done again. Perfect contractor.

Dan was on time for our first meeting and explained all aspects of the product as well as the install process. After making the decision to buy, he gave us an estimate for the install and it was actually installed earlier than estimated. The installers arrived at the estimated time. They did an excellent job. After the install was completed, they explained the operation of the unit until I was satisfied that I understood the operation. They then cleaned up and left.

I love working with the owner & all employees. They are friendly & go out of their way to help, no matter the problem. My bathroom is small & needed more storage space. Dan, the owner of Loebrich's, was very helpful in finding just the right surround & fixtures to solve my problem. The job was completed in a timely manner with little or no disruption to my personal routine. The workers always cleaned up before departing for the day & showed up on time the next day until the job was done. I would call Loebrich's Contracting for any job around my house, no matter how small. They are always willing to help or find help for me. I would highly recommend them.

My experience:
We hired Loebrichs to do a new roof for us. I was extremely impressed with Dan, first of all, as he called me right back when I left a message. He set up a time that was convenient for us, and listened carefully to what we wanted. He was the only contractor who got back to us within days with our estimate, and it was very reasonable. We liked his attention to detail with how he was going to install the roof, and his honest opinion about what was best for us. He called to let us know when his crew would be starting the roof, and they arrived right on schedule. They were extremely courteous, always showed up when they said they would, and finished on time. They did a fantastic job on our roof, and we couldn't be happier! Amazing customer service all around! We would definitely recommend Loebrichs to anyone, and we actually already have :)

Installation was very prompt after signing the contract. Workers were very professional and thorough. Everything was cleaned up afterward. Explained how to work everything. Also glad to know that they will be available for 2 years to help with any problems or questions. Definitely goes to show that they stand behind their work!

Tim the carpenter was on time, did a professional job and cleaned up daily. The entire job was done to my satisfaction. Great job. I would use Loebrich's again.

Loebrich first showed up to provide an estimate for the work I was looking to have done. I contacted 3 companies to provide quotes of the 3 companies, 1 did not provide a quote and another took 3 weeks to get a quote. Before I received the 2nd quote, I already told Loebrich's to perform the work because of the professional manner in which they conducted themselves and it also helped the quote was fair.
Loebrichs showed up on time and completed the initial work in a very professional manner and I was so pleased with the work (the initial job was just the 3 custom doors) that I had them stay for 3 more days completing several other jobs I needed done. The work was very well done and the house was always left cleaner than when the showed up.
Loebrichs also paid very close attention to the little details for example we said we would finish the drywall and paint it. Loebrichs still treated the work as if they were going to finish it themselves which saved us a lot of additional work on our part.
I would highly recommend to anyone that you feel confident in using Loebrich's, you will not be disappointed!

In May 2014, Dan Loebrich came to our home to give us an estimate on a SunSetter awning for our deck. It was obvious to us that he was very knowledgeable about the product. He answered all of our questions; and once we had decided to purchase an awning, he patiently helped us choose the size, style, and fabric to suit our home. When the installers came approximately six weeks later, they were courteous and professional and installed the awning efficiently. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Loebrich Contracting, Inc., to anyone thinking of purchasing a SunSetter.

The installers were on time and installed awning in 1 1/2 hours. The cleaned up after they finished and explained how to use and care for our awning.

The first thing we noticed about Loebrich is that they're responsive. The return call/query was answered promptly. The consultation and estimation process was prompt, straightforward, and concise. The owner, Dan, answered all questions and outlined all options and costs. The work was scheduled and workers arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They took every precaution to ensure no other areas of the bathroom were damaged or left in an uncleaned state. The workmanship was top notch, and every aspect of the job was followed through by a call to us asking if the progress was satisfactory. All in all I was impressed with their service. We have made many calls to contractors in this local area without receiving a response, and/or they promise to show and don't, and hardly any ever return calls. Loebrich was heads and shoulders above and I highly recommend Loebrich Contracting, and I hope they never lose their sense of duty and responsibility toward their customers - the people that make it possible for them to stay in business.
