759 Instead of checking for refrigerant leak, the owner, Albert Sobolosky looked in the sewer drain! He did not check for refrigerant leak. Only looked in sewer drain! Still can't believe he didn't check for refrigerant leak! He even said he doesn't know what to do!
Albert's Heating & Air Conditioning Inccleared the sludge buildup from the drain line checked pressures and connectors cleaned the coils
SUNSET AIR AND HOME SERVICES INCIt went well. Tom came in with his skid loader and graded the driveway of so that it will drain instead of puddle. He spread #3A limestone and then tracked it in with his machine. Instead of a wet, sloppy driveway, I've got a solid dry driveway.
Miller Contracting and Excavation. Plumber fixed both problems. Put cap on garbage disposal and unclogged drain. Worker kept me informed during process He cleaned up the kitchen floor and other debris and replaced my things under the sink.
They came out and they installed french drains, and two sump pumps. They were very good.
AquaGuard Systems IncWater was backing up and flooding in the basement for months and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from because the floor drain is under the washing machine. Jay determined the cause and replaced the drain pipes. The flooding continued and Jay returned to snake out the ...
He ran a snake in all 3 drains and the total time it took was about an hour and make sure they were open then closed everything as it was when he started.

"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."
