After many years of dealing with a damp, leaky basement and all of the headaches that come from it, I finally had enough and called AquaGuard. Everyone I spoke with from the first phone call into the office, to the owner Tom and crew were great! The install crew of Shawn, Clyde and Aaron are quite a team! They took care of my home like it was their own. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I can't say enough about what a great group of people they are. My basement has never looked or smelled this good! I was embarrassed to have people see it before. Now, it is beautiful! The system has performed like a champ during the last several heavy rains and if you looked at my basement now, you would never know what a mess it was. Before, I was sopping up water, embarrassed by ugly stained walls and dealing with musty awful smells. Now, I enjoy going into my basement. I have peace of mind that my basement and home are protected. The price I paid for the service was very reasonable and well worth every penny. AquaGuard's reputation proceeds them. I read all of the wonderful reviews and can now add my own glowing review! Give AquaGuard a call! You will not be disappointed!

Shawn and his crew did a fantastic job in a tight space installing the thick vapor barrier throughout my crawlspace. There was an impending winter storm the afternoon they came, and they returned later to seal up a couple openings they couldn’t get to the first time. Communication and customer service from Chris McLaughlin was fabulous from start to finish. The price was affected by supply chain shortages and the pandemic staffing issues, so a little more than I had expected but well worth the cost.

Great experience with them waterproofing our 100+ year-old-basement. They gave us their expert advice but also listened to our suggested adjustments to the solution, something many contractors won't do. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves (also something some contractors fall down on), and were both timely and quick. Recommended.

AquaGuard came out to install a drain in my back yard where an underground spring had caused the yard to be a swamp. The crew was on time, very communicative on what they were doing, keeping us posted with the ongoing work. Very courteous and polite. They completed the job and left the yard immaculate. You would not even know it had been dug up. Excellent job.

Excellent job. They did a much bigger job in similiar situation (involving 2 big walls) at our home about 8 years ago. They first had to clear out the building of accumulated items; we worked with them. They completed the job in a few weeks in spite of working in temp's close to 0 some of the days. Foreman Keith is very responsive and helpful. The job has held up perfectly. Very happy with both these jobs. Highly recommend.

Our neighbors built a driveway that funnels water toward the foundation of our house, causing our basement to flood in heavy rain. I asked AquaGuard to come give us an estimate to fix the issue, and like other reviews have said, they didn't try to upsell us on anything or push to provide a service we didn't need. Frank was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Ultimately, he recommended a solution that we could try ourselves instead of rushing into a larger construction project that might not be necessary, so I can't comment on the quality of their actual work...but I can say that AquaGuard will be my first call for any future water issues.

AquaGuard was the best basement company I've dealt with. No pressure sales tactics (aka. no "discount if you sign today"), they let their work speak for themselves (and even provide a reference list). They also didn't just immediately jump to selling wall anchors or straps. They even called me when they had an earlier opening for the work to see if I wanted to get it done sooner. When the day of the install came, they showed up on time, completed the work as promised, and left the site clean. If you have storm water issues or basement issues, be sure to get a quote from AquaGuard, 100% recommended.

AquaGuard was professional from the start. Their Sales associate came out to survey my yard and how the water from it affected my basement. A week later, their crew came out to install a french drain system. Pricing was fair for their work. Their crew was easy going, hard working, and clean. I was able to check out the progress throughout the day and they didn't mind me lingering and asking questions. I also had them close off a window well + install a new one. When they were done, I was given a crash course on how the pump system worked. I would highly recommend them for all your waterproofing needs.

This is the only company that did not have me do more that what was truly needed. They did a great job and since they were here I have had no water at all in my basement. They cleaned everything up before they left and even stacked my wood (that was on my porch) up for me.

We had a really good experience with Aquaguard for basement waterproofing. They were recommended by a neighbor who is a general contractor. Frank the salesperson was helpful, and also very patient, as it took us a long time to compare companies/prices and finally decide to go ahead and get the work done. The men who did the work were knowledgeable, courteous, and conscientious. Because of the dimensions of our basement, they told us the job was right on the line re: taking 1 vs. 2 days, but it took only 1!

We purchased our home in May 2019 and a few months after we noted that the window well egress system that was installed when the home was built in 2012 was collapsing. The window well was cracking a stone and dirt were collapsing into the well. We researched the work that would be neccessary to replace the window well and decided to hire a professional to complete the work. We obtained three estimates and Aquaguard provided an extremely fair estimate. We decided to hire them and in mid-January the company came to complete the job. The guys who came were very polite and professional and did a wonderful job in very cool conditions. They provided updates as the work went on and after replacing the window well showed me the old well. It was then that we realized just how lucky we were to not have a complete collapse of the window well. We highly recommend Aquaguard to anyone looking for a fair price with excellent quality workmanship. Thank you Aquaguard for you hard work.

Wow! We were truly impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and friendliness of Frank at AquaGuard. He thoroughly assessed our house’s foundation and areas for improvement. He was patient, and willing to explain things to us and provide great advice. We felt an immediate sense that we could trust AquaGuard with foundation work, and trust that they would give us an honest assessment of our house’s issues.
