Couldn’t have asked for better service. Plumber was very professional, did his best to minimize damage even though part of the garage ceiling and a wall behind our 1st floor powder room needed to be breached to access the pipes and figure out where the leak was. And on top of that, he took a look at a toilet that kept running after being flushed and made a quick fix of that problem without even charging me extra for the work. We’ll definitely use this service again the next time we need a plumber.

They fixed my toilet and did a good job. The reason for the B rating was because it was expensive

The guys ran into some issues with a block wall right below the floor but found another way to get the water line moved. They didnt just give up and leave. Highly recommend 412 Plumbing and will use again.

My office had a burst pipe that was gushing water into our basement. 412 Plumbing responded very quickly and rectified the problem. The technician was quick, knowledgeable, and I would surely call them again for any plumbing emergencies or general plumbing needs!

No longer dripping

We have used Brett multiple times to service our house and one of our rentals. He and his wife Mandy are very pleasant and easy to deal with and he is very accommodating of our requests to go out to our rental properties. Good, knowledgeable plumbers who won't rip you off are hard to come by - Brett is one of them.

Starting with my initial call to them to address a plumbing issue that we were having, they were accommodating and pleasant. Got a short 2 hour window, and Brett was on time. He actually wore shoe covers which impressed me. He investigated every possible reason that we could be having our problem (which I dreaded would be a huge ordeal). Turns out that it was a simple fix. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fair with pricing. I will never call another plumbing company

The valve between the water from the street and our water meter had a leak. We had to coordinate with PAWC and the plumber to have the water shut off and turned on again. Fortunately, both PAWC (water company) and the plumber were accommodating. The valve needed packing replaced, nothing more.

Excellent - high quality service - reasonable prices! We have used 412 Plumbing for multiple projects this year as we remodel our kitchen and powder room. Service is professional and timely - easy scheduling and they show up when they say they are going to show up! No surprise additional costs at the end of the job. They have replumbed our kitchen and powder room, installed a dishwasher, disposable and kitchen faucet, installed new gas pipes for our gas cooktop in our new island, and switched out much of our old cast iron plumbing for newer PVC pipe in our house (we had a separate issue before the remodel where our pipes burst in the wall). We have had them do work with our water heater and other small plumbing jobs as well and we have been pleased with all the work! I'm pretty sure there isn't any plumbing issue they haven't done in our house... and even our dog likes them...(probably because they're here so much...lol).

They did a great job installing some bidets and a kitchen sink for me. Arrived on time and got right to work. Turned out my main problem in one install, which I'd attempted on my own first, was in fact a manufacturing defect in a hard to source part from a bidet manufacturer. The guys got creative and managed to repair the broken part, getting my toilet back in service when otherwise it might have taken days to replace. Cleaned up after themselves. Was able to get a non-emergency appointment within a couple of days. Recommend, especially if you're in the South Hills.

Excellent work. We were able to provide pictures to them prior to 412 Plumbing stopping by so they could pre-assess the needs. Excellent communication from appointment to visit, etc. Found a new plumber for my ongoing plumbing needs. Great work!

Problem was resolved. However, follow-up by office was lacking.

This was our first experience with 412 Plumbing and we were very happy with their work. We hired them due to problems with storm water drainage in our backyard, which recently caused water to leak into our basement. Brett and his team installed a storm water conductor to direct water from our downspouts away from the house. I was relieved that they they were able to do the work very soon after we contacted them, and for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again when we need plumbing help!

412 Plumbing saved the day. I called early morning and Mandy was bright and cheerful on the phone, very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. I really needed someone to come out same day and she worked me into the already full schedule. She also called me back exactly when she said she would. Brett arrived within the promised time window and got straight to work. We suspected a frozen pipe outside the house that my days of thawing was unable to budge. He was cheerful and professional and explained to me what he was doing as he worked. He was cognizant of the time and really tried to get everything done quickly to avoid any additional charges which I really appreciated. They are very reasonably priced as well. All in all I would definitely recommend 412 plumbing and should the need ever arise I would definitely hire them again. Don't hesitate to trust them with your plumbing needs.

From our initial call into 412 Plumbing and through installation we had excellent service. Mandy always called back when we left a message and was very kind. The plumbers were punctual and respectful of our property. Installation went perfect and we are very happy with the job Bret and Jarrett did. We would call 412 Plumbing again and highly recommend them. The price for the job was a fair price.

Great! Our plumber fixed the problem in very little time - quick and efficient

When the old toilet was removed, the plumber decided that a flange needs to be installed in order to place the new toilet. For this work, additional $250 was charged. Then the plumber had to remove and reinstall the toilet three times that day because a tank bolt fell into toilet base during manipulation, the T-bolt started to loosen from the flange and the toilet base was still unsteady after he replaced it. However, the plumber was about to leave even though the toilet was poorly installed and I had to specifically ask him to fix it, which shows the staff’s poor work ethic. I was very disappointed with their quality of work. The next day I spoke to the head of the company to understand why the installation process did not go as planned, but she simply kept stating that they would redo the job. However, I declined her offer because I would have to take an additional day off of work and was also concerned that further manipulation could damage the toilet. She still charged me the full price and the additional fee for flange and denied to provide any discounts or compensation for the poor, incomplete work that was done. Not only was I dissatisfied with the service they provided, I was disappointed with how the manager handled their own mistake. I am very upset with the insincerity of this company and their services. For the above reasons, I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.
