"Resnick did a phenomenal job with my Roof, Siding, Gutters, Downspouts etc. Very professional teams and great project management coordination. Will use them again and recommend them."
"They installed gutters on my porch and did a great job. There was an issue with draining on the one side so they came back and fixed the issue right away. A+ work."
"We needed to have the siding on one side of our home replaced because of heat damage. Home Genius gave us estimates on various materials, and advice on what type of siding we needed to avoid the problem in the future. Color matching was very important since we only needed replacement one side of the house, and the new siding matches very well. The two men who installed the siding were both friendly and professional. They did a great job. The Project Manager came when the job was finished to make certain we were happy with the work. We would definitely call Home Genius for any future needs."
"The work done was of great quality and the project manager explained all aspects of the project during construction. They did a great job cleaning up as well. The siding, gutters, windows, doors, and shutters look beautiful. However, some boards from the deck was removed but not replaced."
"Bella Construction was the BEST contractor I ever worked with. From the consultation to the construction of my project Bella exceeded expectations. All the workers were very respectful and my roof and siding looks BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend Bella to EVERYONE looking for a roof or siding!"
"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
"A first-class company from start to finish! Excellent personnel! Conscientious & attentive to the core! The company made an "emergency" repair to my storm damaged siding to prevent further rain & storm damage even before starting the larger job!"
Vinyl, brick veneer, stucco, steel, stone veneer, and composite siding are popular alternatives to wood siding. Which siding material is best for your home boils down to your budget, aesthetics, lifestyle, and climate. For example, stone veneer offers a timeless charm and is low maintenance but may have too high of a price tag. Meanwhile, some homeowners love vinyl siding for its low cost, while others dislike it for its appearance and shorter life span.
Yes, siding orientation can affect a home’s resale value, but in what way and by how much really depends on the prospective buyer. For instance, some buyers prefer the more modern appearance that vertical siding offers, so having it can increase your home’s value in their eyes. However, other buyers prefer the classic, more common appearance of horizontal siding, so having vertical siding can decrease your home’s value in their eyes.
The cost of wood siding varies by the type of wood. Engineered wood siding tends to be in the middle of typical costs ($3 to $7 per square foot for materials). Hardwoods, for instance, can cost $5 to $20 per square foot for materials alone, but cedar wood can be as cheap as $3 per square foot.

Caulking should be re-applied roughly every five years. It's natural for a home to settle and separate caulking from joints, so it's a good idea to assess the home every two years. A consistent siding maintenance schedule will help you see if the caulking is needed and address any potential issues before they occur.
