The nominal fee went toward the estimate, which I thought was fair and reasonable. The cost I felt was fair, not cheap, but not expensive. Jack is very attentive to details, communicative, and was happy to explain what they were doing during the process. The craftsmanship was top-notch. Not only do I strongly recommend Jack and crew for your decking needs, but have hired him to clean and treat my decks this coming fall."

"Robert and his crew were overall great, they were easy to get in contact with, came out promptly to give us a quote and got us on the schedule right away. We had about 60 electric access holed that were about 5" in diameter, in most spots the wall looks as good as new and you can't event tell there is a patch. The crew was efficient, they were very clean, there is no dust, and they put drop cloths over everything. I would recommend them for any plaster fixes you may need."

It was a big, messy job to grind off 10+ layers of old, peeling paint from concrete flooring/steps and sandstone "caps" on the brick "pony" walls that surround the porch. I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job. We are not only completely satisfied with the work that Exceptional Exteriors did for us, we are looking forward to hiring them again for our next home project."
