KAR Renovations did an excellent job in constructing a new deck, connecting the house to the pool. Clear & consistent communication made this entire process easy, keeping us informed every step of the way. They listed to our ideas, gave suggestions and worked to accommodate us at every step. Russ, Ray and Chris are extremely friendly & personable, yet professional. KAR Renovations exceeded our expectations in craftsmanship, quality and attention to detail. Russell Rossero was suppose to build a new house for me. He kept dragging his feet and lying to me every step of the way. He and his crew were very un-professional and did a below average job and left me with a house that was 25% completed when I found out that he filed for bankruptcy. The would not show up for days at a time. He left me stuck with hiring other contractors on my own and he walked away with approx. $20,000 of my money that I lost. We had a Contract and I will pursue an attorney in the near future. He is BAD news. Please do not hire this person.

We have a contract on our kitchen table from Russ Rossero stating his company would start tearing down our existing deck and replace it with a composite deck sometime this August 2022. August came and went, then the excuses followed. About mid-Sept. my wife and I were getting a little anxious about not getting any response from Russ after a couple of calls and texts. Finally, he texted on Monday Hi Rick, Looks like Thurs. and Fri. for the demo. We said great. No call, no show-up, nothing. Can you imagine? I have tried calling and texting Russ several times to find out what happened. No response. Do not. walk run from Rosero Construction

We love our new deck. Itâ s not exactly how we envisioned it, itâ s even better! The quality of the work and quality of the materials are exceptional. The deck was not completed in the most timely manner, but the end product made up for all of that. We will recommend Russellâ s company to our daughter and her husband who plan to build a deck next spring.

The two man crew Mike and Tim removed the old 16X4 deck and build us the a 16X10 deck. This job would have been done in a few days but the rain would never stop. I was kept in loop day by day. I can't say enough about Russell he helped us get some paperwork that was need to complete the job.. My neighbors love the job that was done. My husband and I are certainly enjoying our new deck. We both are not sure what home improvement we will do next year but one for sure we know who will do the job Rossero Contracting.

I would like to start by saying a job well done. Mike was the contractor that did the job at my home. He started on a ceiling repair in the game room and the same day started digging holes outside for front porch. The weather was not on his side very cold outside. Russell was in contact with me by email keeping me informed when he was to arrive and also called to see how things were coming along ....can't wait until late spring early summer to get another but much bigger deck on the back of house..Thank you both so much...

Honest, and does what he says they are going to. The job started when he gave me the date and finished on time. The crew was mannerly and neat cleaning up daily as they worked. They were hard worker and wanted to make sure that I was pleased with the job once it was completed. I am so happy with my deck and Ressero Contracting. I have never had a contractor who was this great to work with me.

We started by adding on a garage last year through Rossero Contracting. Then a year later they added on a master bedroom and bathroom onto our house. His work is amazing. Workers were very nice and professional. The quality is exactly what I was hoping for. It took 5 days from start to finish for a 16'x16' 2nd story deck with a full set of steps. I didn't have to beg them to work everyday like I have had to do with other contractors with different projects. The owner, Russ, was very easy to communicate with and would answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Rossero to anyone.

Our backyard had a gazebo. It was nice, but I had no place to garage my newly restored 1991 Toyota pickup and access to the downstairs patio was inconvenient. Thus, we designed a 3D model of a garage/covered-porch using sketchup (sketchup.com) and took screenshots of the model at various orientations. We obtained two bids both of which were expensive but reasonable. We contracted Rossero Contracting to do the work because Russ was such a positive, honest, and straightforward person. We gave Russ several screenshots at various orientations of our model, and Russ turned our model into reality. The decking is unique because it is aluminum and LEAK PROOF. The decking also serves as the roof of our 2 car garage. Pros: 1. Russ and his crews were pleasant and professional. 2. Russ turned simple screenshots into reality; thus, you do not have to be a civil engineer to get what you want. My wife is a visual person and the finished product looks remarkably like our model; my wife is so pleased. 3. We all made small revisions to the real garage as we worked the project such as changing a doublewide garage door into two single garage doors. We liked each revision. 4. Russ removed 2 double hung Andersen windows from our house dining room and replaced those windows with Andersen French doors; simply beautiful. We used the 2 windows in the garage instead of two single windows. We have 3 windows in the garage, windows in the garage entry door, and windows in our garage doors. 5. Garage is 24’ x 22’ and is big enough to hold a Toyota Highlander and small pickup truck with plenty of storage room. 6. We wanted the addition to match our house and as you can see, it matches wonderfully. You might conclude that the extra garage was an original part of the property. Thus, you do not get the “tacked-on” look. We originally designed the garage to have brick all around but that was too expensive. We settled for brick columns at each corner. 7. The project included many electrical plugs and lights in the garage. The porch has lights that we can dim and a remote controlled ceiling fan. Russ contracted a very capable electrician who had to replace our original and outdated 1969 panel in the house to provide extra power to the house garage and the new garage. 8. Russ went well beyond our expectations with the ceiling of the roof over the porch. The ceiling looks great, and we could not be more pleased. 9. The breezeway between house and garage is great because it lets lights into a basement game room. We did not want to attach the deck to the house and block that sunlight. The breezeway ends with a block wall. Steps from the garage level to the ground are also located in the breezeway. Cons: 1. Need to order the aluminum Nexan decking and handrails early as they take some time to manufacture and ship to Pittsburgh. Russell does what he says he'll do, when he says he'll do it and for the cost he said he'll do it for - you can't ask for anything more from a contractor. Love my new deck. Lots of positive feedback from neighbors as well! Highly recommend.

With all the home improvement contractors I have hired over the years, Rossero Contracting was by far the best! My wife and I wanted to have a porch roof built over our existing deck and Russell was very helpful explaining the available options. The bid price was considerably lower than 2 other contractors we contacted for the same style of porch. When construction began, Dave and Joe were very professional and kept us up to date from start to finish. When construction was completed, the work area was cleaned up nicely and there was minimal disruption to the surrounding area. The completed roof looks amazing and I'm glad I choose Rossero Contracting for the job.

Russell was great to work with. I received a quote from another company that I felt was very high. Russell responded right away and provided a quote the same day. His quote was 40% less for the exact same work! Also the deck was done very quick. He and Mike were very professional and nice. You need to contact Russ before anyone else. Several of my neighbors have commented on how nice the deck looks. I will use them for future projects.

Russell continues to provide excellent customer service. Rossero Contracting built our deck 8 months ago. Since construction was complete, we had a few unforeseen issues (unrelated to Rossero Contracting's work). Russell has been very helpful in resolving these issues.
