On delivery day I learned that the stove, dishwasher and a blower underneath the stove were hardwired. GEN3 sends one of their awesome techs, George, to come out and give an estimate. I was impressed with his knowledge and reassurance that he could complete the job that I scheduled for him to return the next day to do it. He was on time and after donning work booties and reviewing the work with me, he went right to work. Afterwards he went over the completed projects with me then cleaned up his work area. "From the initial call to the office through the installation process, the experience with Christian was top-notch.  Mark, our HVAC specialist, was very professional and attentive as he worked with us to chose our new system and schedule the installation.  He was in contact with us throughout the process, even being there on the day of installation.  The installers, Ed and Dan, were also very professional.  They installed the new indoor and outdoor units, humidifier, and thermostat under the time estimated, gave an orientation to the new system and controls, and left our home without a trace of the installation, other than a brand new, highly efficient heating system.  I would highly recommend Christian.

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. I wasn't home but my husband was and my husband said he was upfront with the issue, what we can do about it and costs. Thankfully all we needed was a major cleaning of a few pipes and got our heat back on! We couldn't have been happier with his work, we even purchased a package for them to come back in the spring to inspect and maintain our air unit at a very reasonable cost, in my opinion."

"We choose Unique Indoor Comfort as the company to replace our 1960’s era gas boiler with a 83% AFUE Weil McLain, and we’ve been very happy with that decision. Everyone from Unique that we interacted with was professional, personable, and patient. "EXCELLENT. Had Horizon Services (who I was contracted with until today) come out to do the annual service. Guy came without his equipment, told me he couldn’t purge the system, and then told me it’s better to have my oil company service our boiler anyway and to cancel our service with Horizon. Consider that done. Called Patriot. They were upset that Horizon was ripping us off and didn’t fulfill their contract. Then they passed my info on to their techs who were in the area and stopped to see if they could do anything even though they were in their oil delivery truck and not their service truck. These guys came, fixed the issue, and left in about a half an hour. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. This is the second time Patriot has come out last minute when a different company failed and fixed our problem. These guys are AWESOME. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for heating oil or service. Thank you again Patriot!"
