"I had the quote done in December and was hoping to nurse my 44 year-old boiler through 1 more winter. Well my boiler said it’s final goodbye in January-2019 so I moved forward with a new hot water boiler. I was able to schedule the installation within less than a week which I thought was good. The installation took the better part of a full day but was not really much of a bother as the team was able to access the basement through the bilco doors on the street. At the end they walked me through all of the work completed, answered questions and let me know to call them if there were any problems. A month into use it’s working perfectly and I am very happy about the whole process."

"From the initial call to the office through the installation process, the experience with Christian was top-notch.  Mark, our HVAC specialist, was very professional and attentive as he worked with us to chose our new system and schedule the installation.  He was in contact with us throughout the process, even being there on the day of installation.  The installers, Ed and Dan, were also very professional.  They installed the new indoor and outdoor units, humidifier, and thermostat under the time estimated, gave an orientation to the new system and controls, and left our home without a trace of the installation, other than a brand new, highly efficient heating system.  I would highly recommend Christian.

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "My blower on my heater was not working properly. I had changed the filter this morning and it was filthy. After I installed it the blower did not kick into the higher setting. I called Tru North at 7:00 AM ET and they were at my house by 8:30 AM ET- talk about customer service- WOW! Just before Tru North arrived the blower started working. JP and Brian looked at my unit and could not find anything wrong except a big hair ball near the blower. They cleaned it up and were totally awesome. They recommended I have the unit serviced and air ducts cleaned out. Both were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend TRU NORTH. Way to go guys :)"
