"We wanted a stamped concrete patio to provide more outdoor living space in our backyard, and to remove mulch beds the previous owners had installed that were a constant battleground of weeds and bugs right up against the house. Chris Natalini from Masonry Inc. was very easy to work with - came out quickly to give an estimate, offered a competitive price and even took care of the permit process with our township, which many service providers don't seem to be willing to do these days. He was able to start when he said he would, although the project was interrupted numerous times during the process due to rainy weather. He was patient and polite throughout, and apologized for the weather-related delays although they clearly weren't his fault. His customer service and professionalism was much appreciated, especially when the initial color of the patio did not turn out as we expected and he came back out several times to apply colored sealant to get it just where we wanted it. We're very pleased with how the patio turned out and would recommend him without hesitation to others looking for a stamped concrete patio installation. Thanks Chris for the great work!"

"DO NOT HIRE ? Terrible Work and Zero Accountability This company is a complete joke. They did an awful job sealing our driveway?uneven coverage, cracks, and peeling within weeks. But the worst part? The sealant is a mess, my kids can?t even play outside without looking like they rolled through an oil spill because it stains their clothes black every time they step on it. It?s ridiculous. We tried calling them multiple times to fix it under their so-called warranty, but they completely ignored us. No response, no accountability?just a company that overpromises, underdelivers, and then ghosts you when their work inevitably falls apart. Save yourself the frustration. Avoid them. Hire someone who actually takes pride in their work. Also, the listed address on their website is a UPS store."

"Overall Jarren is a professional and I would recommend his work. But... I did have one major issue. The 2000 square ft, 8-in thick, concrete slab was poured on clean bluestone, 24" deep. He did not vibrate or compact the stone before pouring the concrete. I know because I was there watching them install. It was made very clear that it was very important to do that. We talked about it on several occasions and it must be done. I had asked him to do that and he said he would do that but he did not do that. I followed up with him on email about the issue but he has not yet responded. This was not a major expense to do, so I'm not clear why he would cut a corner on this part of the project that's so very important to do. Perhaps it was just an oversight?"
