"I had the quote done in December and was hoping to nurse my 44 year-old boiler through 1 more winter. Well my boiler said it’s final goodbye in January-2019 so I moved forward with a new hot water boiler. I was able to schedule the installation within less than a week which I thought was good. The installation took the better part of a full day but was not really much of a bother as the team was able to access the basement through the bilco doors on the street. At the end they walked me through all of the work completed, answered questions and let me know to call them if there were any problems. A month into use it’s working perfectly and I am very happy about the whole process."

"From the initial call to the office through the installation process, the experience with Christian was top-notch.  Mark, our HVAC specialist, was very professional and attentive as he worked with us to chose our new system and schedule the installation.  He was in contact with us throughout the process, even being there on the day of installation.  The installers, Ed and Dan, were also very professional.  They installed the new indoor and outdoor units, humidifier, and thermostat under the time estimated, gave an orientation to the new system and controls, and left our home without a trace of the installation, other than a brand new, highly efficient heating system.  I would highly recommend Christian.

"Excellent Contractor. Heater would not fire, had been told by several people it was too old and should be replaced. Mr. Heath responded to our call in the morning and came out that afternoon at exactly the time he told us he would. He found the problem in a few minutes replaced the bad pilot sensor and did some adjustments and had the heater running correctly within an hour of arriving. He made sure it went through an entire cycle of firing up, heating, shutting off when boiler temp was reached and then refiring when boiler dropped below temp and thermostats were calling for heat. It was extremely well priced and well done. Recomend Mr Heath to anyone with heater/ plumbing issues. He is very courteous and professional."

"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

"We could not be happier with choosing Unique Indoor Comfort for our new HVAC system. We found this company by being referred by a client of my husbands. The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. "EXCELLENT. Had Horizon Services (who I was contracted with until today) come out to do the annual service. Guy came without his equipment, told me he couldn’t purge the system, and then told me it’s better to have my oil company service our boiler anyway and to cancel our service with Horizon. Consider that done. Called Patriot. They were upset that Horizon was ripping us off and didn’t fulfill their contract. Then they passed my info on to their techs who were in the area and stopped to see if they could do anything even though they were in their oil delivery truck and not their service truck. These guys came, fixed the issue, and left in about a half an hour. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. This is the second time Patriot has come out last minute when a different company failed and fixed our problem. These guys are AWESOME. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for heating oil or service. Thank you again Patriot!"
