"ECC installed a new condenser and coil. Tony, who is one of the owners, did the job himself with two assistants. He was very personable, respectful, and thorough in his explanation of the work. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner, the work zone was left in clean condition and the installation itself appears to be very neat and professional. My strong impression is that Tony and his co-owner, Ed, are two highly experienced and professional craftsmen in this business who take pride in their work and I appreciated having the actual owners, not salesmen and crews, developing the proposal and performing the installation. The entire experience, beginning with Lisa at the office, Ed, who developed the proposal, and finally with Tony and his team, was excellent and I will certainly hope to engage them for future HVAC needs."

"We could not be happier with choosing Unique Indoor Comfort for our new HVAC system. We found this company by being referred by a client of my husbands. The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. Reni came out to our home, and took the time to explain to me options with Unique to really make our new HVAC unit/system efficient and comfortable temperatures in our house. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with me with all my questions. Unique was able to get us scheduled within a week or finalizing the contract, just in time in end of April when the first heat wave hit. Once he was here, Dave was thorough and spent a good amount of time explaining the maintenance mechanism on our HVAC system (we recently purchased our home and so I was interested in learning more about the UV and filtering system that was installed by the previous owner.
