"From the initial call to the office through the installation process, the experience with Christian was top-notch.  Mark, our HVAC specialist, was very professional and attentive as he worked with us to chose our new system and schedule the installation.  He was in contact with us throughout the process, even being there on the day of installation.  The installers, Ed and Dan, were also very professional.  They installed the new indoor and outdoor units, humidifier, and thermostat under the time estimated, gave an orientation to the new system and controls, and left our home without a trace of the installation, other than a brand new, highly efficient heating system.  I would highly recommend Christian.

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "We choose Unique Indoor Comfort as the company to replace our 1960’s era gas boiler with a 83% AFUE Weil McLain, and we’ve been very happy with that decision. Everyone from Unique that we interacted with was professional, personable, and patient. The latter quality being reflected in the willingness of everyone from Unique, from the salesperson to the installation crew, to take time to answer all our questions. After sizing our heating requirements, Unique presented us with several packages, of differing efficiency, that included boilers smaller than the old one, but ones that would meet our heating needs. This was in contrast to other companies that wanted to replace our old boiler with one of similar size, not taking into account that the old one was oversized to begin with. The Unique package we chose included outdoor reset, and air elimination, items that may have increased upfront costs, but ones that will probably offer savings, convenience, and increased comfort in the long run. "We were doing some upgrades in our older house and I wanted to have central A/C and to remove the old baseboard heating system. I contacted a couple of the larger A/C contractors and they all came in around the same price while using different manufacturers and in some cases even different sized systems. I found an ad for Green Heating and called Dan who quickly scheduled a visit. I liked Dan from the start. He's down to earth and personable. His price was excellent, he was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than one of the other contractors while quoting almost the same equipment (one of the components that Dan used was a new version than the other guy quoted). When we were finally ready for the installation, Dan worked with me to schedule the installation and he did it in the time promised and in the time frame he quoted. I like the system and we were very comfortable in our home this summer, which was hot and this was the first summer that we've had whole house AC. In 9 months we have had 0 issues with the system. I whole heartedly recommend Dan and will use him when general system checks or any maintenance is needed."

"I have used Nelson for years now. He installed my Heat Pump / AC unit years ago. He and his son were professional, clean and did an outstanding job. The inspector who came to look at it was so impressed he asked me who did the work. I have used him other times for routine maintenance as well as when an Ice chunk fell off my roof and bent my blade, he was able to fix and recommend/install a solution to prevent it from happening in the future. I also use him when I needed a new Hot water heater. The results were the same. A clean, professional well done job. And he has always honored his time commitments to me."
