Jeff the technician did an amazing job. Steve the owner he was very helpful and gave me a quote quickly. They did a really great job.

Water Heater express was very professional. I got a call from Steve and we set up the repair for the next day. The repairman came between the times Steve set up and made the repair. No hidden charges or fees. I had hot water within an hour. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The job was done correctly and in a timely matter. Steve and his workers were very kind and checked in on me the next day to see if everything was in working order.

I had water heater issues. The estimate was provided quickly over text after I provided some photos. The new part was promptly ordered and communication about the order status was maintained over text. The work was done satisfactorily. However, the invoice presented to me had $25 over the original estimate. On inquiry, I was told this was the part return charge. Basically, a charge to return the bad part to the manufacturer. I was disappointed that this was mentioned in the original estimate. That is why a 4 in my value for money rating.

I'm very happy with the service provided and my new water heater! I will definitely be calling them again soon, because I need my main water valve replaced.

I submitted an inquiry for a replacement water heater at about 11pm and received a response within 5 minutes. They gave me a good price and scheduled my appointment for 10am the next morning. Jeff was a complete professional. He arrived on time, explained what was needed, completed the work, and hauled the old water heater away. This was one of the best experiences with a contractor I have had in some time.

Jeff is a congenial young man who acts in a professional way. Heâ s knowledgeable about the work he performed and informed me of some code violations. He took care of them as well as answered questions about flushing the tank and temperature settings. Itâ s obvious he takes pride in his work. Steve is a nice gentleman and took care of my replacement scheduling. Good people to work with.

Steve was very helpful , forthright and responsive Jeff was amazing. Besides replacing the water tank he had to take out the washer /dryer and reinstall it and deal with my Wi-Fi connections. Company charges you for using a credit card. This should be known before accepting the work. The charge is what the credit company charges them. Not a good idea, unless the company indicates this Before the work is done.
