"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "We choose Unique Indoor Comfort as the company to replace our 1960’s era gas boiler with a 83% AFUE Weil McLain, and we’ve been very happy with that decision. Everyone from Unique that we interacted with was professional, personable, and patient. The latter quality being reflected in the willingness of everyone from Unique, from the salesperson to the installation crew, to take time to answer all our questions. After sizing our heating requirements, Unique presented us with several packages, of differing efficiency, that included boilers smaller than the old one, but ones that would meet our heating needs. This was in contrast to other companies that wanted to replace our old boiler with one of similar size, not taking into account that the old one was oversized to begin with. The Unique package we chose included outdoor reset, and air elimination, items that may have increased upfront costs, but ones that will probably offer savings, convenience, and increased comfort in the long run. "EXCELLENT. Had Horizon Services (who I was contracted with until today) come out to do the annual service. Guy came without his equipment, told me he couldn’t purge the system, and then told me it’s better to have my oil company service our boiler anyway and to cancel our service with Horizon. Consider that done. Called Patriot. They were upset that Horizon was ripping us off and didn’t fulfill their contract. Then they passed my info on to their techs who were in the area and stopped to see if they could do anything even though they were in their oil delivery truck and not their service truck. These guys came, fixed the issue, and left in about a half an hour. NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER. This is the second time Patriot has come out last minute when a different company failed and fixed our problem. These guys are AWESOME. Highly recommend them to everyone looking for heating oil or service. Thank you again Patriot!"

"We were doing some upgrades in our older house and I wanted to have central A/C and to remove the old baseboard heating system. I contacted a couple of the larger A/C contractors and they all came in around the same price while using different manufacturers and in some cases even different sized systems. I found an ad for Green Heating and called Dan who quickly scheduled a visit. I liked Dan from the start. He's down to earth and personable. His price was excellent, he was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than one of the other contractors while quoting almost the same equipment (one of the components that Dan used was a new version than the other guy quoted). When we were finally ready for the installation, Dan worked with me to schedule the installation and he did it in the time promised and in the time frame he quoted. I like the system and we were very comfortable in our home this summer, which was hot and this was the first summer that we've had whole house AC. In 9 months we have had 0 issues with the system. I whole heartedly recommend Dan and will use him when general system checks or any maintenance is needed."
