But instead, he jumped in, provided a fair price and brought only licensed and expert tradesmen onto the project to get the property sold. After experiencing his dedication to this project, and seeing first hand that he went above and beyond of what was expected, I hired him to renovate my home. Steve is very thorough, honest and was always ready to answer any questions that I had. He kept me updated daily regarding the progress of the construction and assured me that the renovation would be done on time. From a new dug out cement floor to sheet rocked and painted walls, enclosed closets, open shelving to new vinyl flooring and a separate utility room our basement was transformed!
