I hired Mitchell and Bob and they were very professional. They gave us a written estimate, and stayed within the estimate. If we asked them to do something extra they would do it a d let us know how much it would cost before doing it.

We hired Mitch and Bob to finish our basement. They gave us a good and through estimate. Mitch made a couple visits prior to starting the job to make sure we were comfortable with the design, layout and timeline and was very open to suggestions. What is great is that they only take up one job at a time and are committed to it. They were on a consistent schedule. The quality of the job is excellent and everything was very collaborative. Would definitely hire them again if needed and recommend to others. They also took care of many smaller requests we had during the time they finished our basement. They were professional and reasonably priced for the excellent quality of work they did and extremely reliable. Thanks Mitch and Bob!

Mitch was very communicative via email which was very helpful. The bill was itemized well so no hidden charges - very clear. He was very flexible throughout the project. The work was completed really well with great quality. We were a day behind (due to us not them) and Mitch could of pushed it to get it done that week but instead said 'i'd rather wait and come back and do it properly instead of rushing it through' - he did and it was worth it! Bob was his team mate and the two of them are very friendly and great workmanship! He even added on a couple of unrelated projects to the project for us and let us know costs. Also fixed a gas leak we didn't know we had! They were also very respectful of the property and took shoes off where they could and cleaned up very well after every day and cleaned up all rubbish from the back! I would high recommend them and I am almost annoyed we have no other projects for these guys!

Mitch was totally professional and completed my bathroom reno in the time he estimated. His work is high quality and fair priced and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for remodeling. Thanks for everything Mitch!!!

Suburban Home Services repaired a bedroom and two ceilings that were destroyed by a leaky roof. He also cleaned antique furniture which was in the room and full of mold. It looks new. Mitch replaced the two ceilings and added n ew fixtures. Suburban home Services is on time and works a full day. He is also reasonably priced.He does a great job.

Mitch arrived every morning ready to work. He was friendly and offered helpful suggestions to complete our bathroom project. He cleaned up after each days work, a meritculous craftsman! We thought him to be very knowledgeable. We will use him again for future rennovation projects in our home. We consider him a friend, and are blessed to have him in our lives.

They were excellent..very professional, clean and responsible..also very helpful when asked questions.. I am using them again to complete 2 other rooms which we were going to do ourselves, but their work was excellent that we would rather have them do th work to look professional.

Mitchell was on time every day. We discussed layout and length of time needed on this job. Mitchell was right on the money and extremely professional. He cleaned up every day and his work is impeccable. Working with Travertine in a bldg that's approx 90 years old was quite a challenge. Mitchell knew exactly how to level off the floor and he also had to work around kitchen cabinets that were already installed. Beautiful job Mitch we're very happy. Very good service

Mitch was smart, professional and timely. Communication throughout the entire bidding process and project was superb. He's easy to get along with and obviously has a wealth of knowledge and skill. He has none of that "I'm too busy for this" or gruff standoffish attitude that some contractors have. Between that, his obvious skill and the care he took not only in preparing for my project, but explaining each step to me, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone. Great job.
