DCM remodeling LLC completely remodeled our bathroom in September-October 2024. Their work was excellent, thorough, and polished. Communicating with Dan was easy via text or phone. If I need more work at our house, I will call Dan Marculescu first.

Dan and his team gut renovated three full bathrooms for us within the last year and all three look spectacular, and were completed in under the time initially estimated. He and his time are courteous, responsive, and skilled. I highly recommend

DCM did an amazing work. My kitchen went for being what felt small to so big. Dan listened to what we wanted the kitchen area to become and made it come true. Giving us a few tips one what would make it better along the way. This was the second time with have gone with them. The last time was with two bathroom remodels a few years back.

From start to finish DCM contracting exceeded our expectations. I reached out to several well known contractors in the area, to receive estimates for a complete basement remodel. After meeting with Dan it became apparent who I felt most comfortable going with. Dan arrived with his crew on the first day to ensure his crew was up to date on all goals for the project. Moving forward his crew arrived promptly every morning and worked beyond 8 hours a day to complete the project in a timely fashion. Dan worked with us to stay within our budget without pushing a more expensive option. The project was completed ahead of schedule for the exact quote given on the first visit. The overall finished results are exactly what we were looking for. We will be using DCM Contracting for all future renovations needed.

No explanation of the execution of his plan. I chose him because of his availability in **2 months** which would have made a start in late September. He made no attempt after signing to proceed with ordering the materials required for the job. Once my husband and I started picking what we liked. Dan C. Not only did he not order anything but immediately began telling me what I could not have and started substituting cheaper, undesirable materials but still failed to show me what we might have. Began the project in early November. The crew seems professional and experienced. We attribute the early problems to miscommunication and now have a sense of an excellent outcome!

Dan and his crew were excellent. They worked with us every step of the project so our bathroom renovation would be completed just as we wanted. The workers professional and personable.

Dan and his crew did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel, as well as drywalling/painting and installing recessed lighting for our den, stairway and second floor bedrooms. Possibly due to amount of drywall and wall repairs, the job took several days longer then estimated, but the wait was worth it. His workers were meticulous in much of the detailed carpentry and plastering repairs, and the final cleanup was thorough. These rooms now look like new construction, so we are very happy.

We hired Dan for our master Bathrolm remodel and his crew did an amazing job! Their attention to detail was exceptional and all work was above and beyond. Throughout the process we worked together to make decisions and ultimately Dan's team was able to make our bathroom vision come to life. Dan and his crew have absolutely been the best contractors I have ever had work for me! They show up every day on time and completed the project on time. Yuri and Dennis are master craftsmen and meticulous. My new bathroom looks amazing.This was a stress free experience and I only wish that I had met Dan sooner.

Dan and his crew finished our basement. He was professional and his quote was fair. Dan is very responsive. We ran into a few minor issues throughout the process and he was always quick to solve the problem. Our basement looks amazing and weâ ll be sure to use Dan for any future projects.

Dan was good at getting what I wanted to be in my kitchen. My floor looks good but is not my first pick because of manufacturing defects but itâ s a close match. His worker are hard working and take there time making sure itâ s right. I would recommend them for anyone who wants to have a good job done .

They came to work on time with all the materials to complete the job and job was done on time and clean up was like they were never here. I can not say enough about there workmanship. They made everything the way we wanted. I can not say enough about the great experience we had using this company.

Dan was great! He's a hard, produces a great end product. He cares about the customer and takes pride in his work. He may not be the cheapest contractor you'll find, but he is worth the money. The only reason I couldn't give him a full 5 star review, is because there were a few issues along the way. Most of which not were not Dan's fault but rather his employees. I do think they are well trained and they do good work, but they had down some other things that really were frustrating to me. While working or cleaning up, they decided to pour white paint over our freshly grown lawn, cleaning that up was a bit of a nightmare. Secondly when they'd finished their smoke break I'd find their cigarette butts in my lawn. I don't care that they smoked (other than for their health) but they could have at least thrown their cigarettes in the street or on our driveway, and not in the lawn. Also thought the reno process a light in the shower, was forgotten to be installed. But Dan took that off the invoice, so it's not like I paid for something I didn't get, it was just a little disappointing to not get something we asked for. Overall I would highly recommend Dan, he is a great person and great to work with, I would just recommend to check in at least on a daily basis and see how things with the project are going. We will definitely be calling him back up for our kitchen renovation in the future!

Dan was very helpful in designing our hall bath remodel. He provided several references for me to contact regarding previous work which I used to get a good comfort level. His team was thorough, hardworking, meticulous and responsive. We love the results. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a renovation contractor.

Dan and his team did a great job renovating our basement. They took a dark paneled dated room and transformed it into a bright modern space. They came on time, worked a full day and cleaned up each day before leaving. They even finished the job early. Dan was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be hiring Dan for our next renovation!

Dan is a very talented contractor. He will not only hear you but will provide many helpful suggestions to make the job better - and without adding price. Dan really gets into the project which allows him to display his artistry. From recommending the right fixtures and keeping style, taste and color top of mind. At the end of the day, I felt that if Dan were doing his bathroom, he would have remodeled it the same way he did mine - with the same care and deliberateness that he would do his own home. Special shout out to his team. Talented, effective, over 8 hour days. And did I say that they left my house cleaner than when they came? Ok, that is a slight exaggeration, but between the drop cloths and power vacuum, rarely did they leave any sign of dirt. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The relationship and communication with Dan has been excellent, and has made the job less stressful. He responds immediately to questions. Overall the job, which was extensive in scope, has gone very smoothly and the results show a vast improvement in appearance. There is an issue or two still being resolved, but Dan and his crew have always been able to get things resolved in a positive way.
