He was also very thorough with cleanup, tidying up after the work was completed and even cleaning the pathway to the front door after moving materials in and out of the apartment. Ty could ve easily kept working and let us waste our money. Instead, he let us know so we could get the roof taken care of (again.) Patch Boys could ve taken our money and with the leaky roof, we would ve had to have the drywall repaired again. We appreciate the honesty of Jerry (owner) and Ty. Both were polite and professional.
