We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

Portion of email sent to owner on 10/23/25 follows- "I am relieved that our difficulties with your company occurred after the completion of our driveway paving project on 8/20/25. Your crew did an outstanding job and we continue to praise them and their fine work. Sadly, it is the failure of your company to honor the promises that Joe made on 8/21/25, 8/22/25, 10/2/25 & 10/17/25 to send us a $100 check for work not completed and email or mail us a copy of our final bill that has caused us to reconsider our high praise. I'm glad that business is going so well for your company that you can operate with a business model that does not put a premium on customer satisfaction. "Dave was prompt, professional and detail oriented. The 20x40' area (roughly 3.5' deep) had to be removed from my yard and Dave made sure to minimize impact as much as possible. The finished work has a slight grade away from my house which has helped reduce water flow toward my basement. Dave is busy (good people are) and I do recommend being patient setting up the first site visit and quote. The wait is worth it."

"Park Plumbing goes above and beyond expectations. In the dead of winter, my boiler heater stopped working. I was recommended to Mr. Brenan and he, himself, came out on a weekend to fix the heater. He was a gentleman, a professional and an expert at fixing heaters. He also taught me a lot about how to maintain the heater and I was deeply grateful for all that he did. I've had him and his employees back to service my boiler and have full trust in their knowledge and skills. His fees are reasonable and he will not leave a job until the problem is fixed and the customer is completely satisfied. I'll be calling him this week to do another job for me.
