Park Plumbing goes above and beyond expectations. In the dead of winter, my boiler heater stopped working. I was recommended to Mr. Brenan and he, himself, came out on a weekend to fix the heater. He was a gentleman, a professional and an expert at fixing heaters. He also taught me a lot about how to maintain the heater and I was deeply grateful for all that he did. I've had him and his employees back to service my boiler and have full trust in their knowledge and skills. His fees are reasonable and he will not leave a job until the problem is fixed and the customer is completely satisfied. I'll be calling him this week to do another job for me. Called Saturday morning after our kitchen sink strainer broke clean from the tail pipe. Owner sent two plumbers first thing Monday morning. They were super courteous, efficient and clean. Price was very fair. Will definitely hire again.

They came out and did what they were suppose to do and I haven't had any further problems.

They were in the neighborhood and had extra sealant. Great quality sealant and they were fast and professional.

Unprofessional and rude

I was first contacted on the phone to discuss details and scheduling. I was informed a toilet seat was not included/was extra ($17 for a basic seat), as was potential toilet disposal (not needed as it is picked up as trash from the sidewalk.) The technician and his helper were efficient, quick, explained what they were doing, put the old toilet on the sidewalk in two pieces, and also installed a bidet attachment I bought on Amazon.

The owner of the company is a good guy.  A couple of years ago he was here when my gas line had to be lined.  Did a good, clean job.  He was here again today to clear a clogged drain.  Again, clean quick job.  Price was very reasonable for both services.  I recommend them and will use them again.

They were quick with response time, and showed up on time, but after they tried (unsuccessfully) to snake it for 2 and 1/2 hours the two guys left my house at 5:30 pm. When they got there, I had water in that drain... By the time they left, I had sewage on my walls, on my floor, the drain had standing water, and sewage in my garage from that drain and they didn't clean any of it up. They told me they were going to call the water company and have them assign a new plumber to me. -- they left my house after 5:30 and told me not to use any drains or it would back up more. Also several times I heard them say gross. I know it's gross, but I didn't pick that profession to be in...if you choose to be a plumber, you have to kind of expect "sh*t".
