PRESTIGE PAVING

Prestige replaced our 1020 sq. ft. asphalt driveway, which was installed when the house was constructed 35 years ago and badly degraded. Jeff promptly responded to our inquiry, provided expert advice upon inspection, and gave us a detailed cost estimate for the work. Prestige completed the job as promised for exactly the amount estimated. The project included excavation and installation of a new base, as well as the blacktop and restoration. They also removed the remnants of a broken basketball post at the edge of the driveway and filled in the hole. The new driveway looks great. The transition into the garage is perfectly level. Connection to the township street is smooth with end joint sealed by hot tar. The Prestige team was very professional from start to finish. They notified us a week in advance of the work to ensure we could support the schedule. They showed up at 7:30 am on the day promised, worked throughout the day and completed the job at about 4:30 pm, including superior clean-up and restoration. Sod adjoining the driveway was preserved and replaced at the end of the job. A small decorative retaining wall separating shrubbery at the edge of the driveway was also restored (and improved). All residual asphalt and debris was swept up and removed from driveway, yard and township street. We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely use Prestige again when the driveway needs to be resealed.

The work was finished about an hour ago and my wife and I could not be happier with our new driveway retaining wall. Jeff came out a month ago to view the site and submitted a very detailed and accurate proposal. Heather coordinated the scheduling and putting together all the information I needed for the building permit application (which was approved without question). Early yesterday morning, John, Shane and the crew arrived at our residence and started on the job, I have to honestly say, they know what they're doing and work well together as a team. All the members of the crew are friendly and courteous. My wife and I will definitely hire Prestige Paving again in the near future.

I could not be happier ......... Starting with their integrity; I felt from minute one that Prestige Paving would give what they promised ; there was a level of pride in the work they do. A couple of my neighbors had used another paving company and I was about to call them when I took a look at their driveways. After only a couple years, their driveways did not look so hot, plus, I noticed that the end of the asphalted driveways were not even sealed!! So I kept looking and stopped at Prestige because of how friendly and informative they were on our initial phone call. My driveway is complicated and Prestige took it on and brought what seemed like an army of skilled workers. I noticed that each person had an area of expertise and concentrated just on one aspect of the job. For example, a gentlemen who seemed to be the “detail” person discovered that my waterline was hidden under my old driveway and fixed it so that it will now be accessible. They completed the job in the time frame promised. They answered all of my questions AND the price was very reasonable. I love my new driveway and IT IS SEALED and clearly done properly. We have a small sloping woods behind the house with an old irregular stone patio that was crumbling and unusable. Prestige put in a Versa-Lok retaining wall and base layers and reused the slate for the surface and a proper drainage system. They also rerocked two pathways leading down to the patio. Resealed our driveway. Difficult project because they could not get any motorized equipment down into the woods. They did an amazing job. The patio is better than anything we could have imagined. They did a great job on the driveway. We have used them before on hardscaping and driveway work, always with outstanding results. The guys show up on time, work very hard, and clean up afterwards. It is a busy company and even if it requires a little extra work to get on their calendar, it is worth it.

I have a large wraparound driveway needed to be completely replaced. Jeff was great at explaining what needed to be done and why when he came to give me an estimate (which he provided the same day). They were very responsive to all my questions and calls throughout the whole process. When the day came, the crew was right on time. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing, worked quickly and efficiently. In addition to putting the new driveway in, they corrected the drainage from my downspouts by burying pipe under the driveway leading to a dry well in the backyard (which they also built). This was a major improvement as the downspouts previously just dropped the rainwater onto the driveway and was probably part of the reason the driveway was in such sad shape. We are very happy with the end result and are already trying to think of other work they can do for us in the future.

Excellent! The 4 gentlemen were very professional and they completed the job on a timely manner. The estimated time that they would be here was just about what they said.

They did a thorough and neat job. Everyone was very nice and good to work with. They were a bit more expensive than other companies, but this was because they were more thorough.

Really pleased with Prestige. They returned my call timely and set up a day for a quote. Jeff came to our house and proceeded to do measurements and calculations. He was very informative and offer sound suggestions on what would be the best way to go forward with the project. The crew arrived on time and started the job of removing some old asphalt and dirt. They laid gravel down and compacted it. Then used Versa Loc stone to build the wall. More stone was added and leveled and compacted. They then laid a couple coats of asphalt and used a roller to compact and level it. I wanted the other half of the driveway sealed and they coated it twice. This is just a few paragraphs of the job. Much more was done. All the work was completed by hard working, courteous, and professional employees. The cost was very reasonable.

NO RESPONSE! NO RESPONSE after multiple messages left and speaking directly to the girl in the office. This is VERY VERY disappointing as I received multiple quotes for the original job to repave.... and I chose Prestige. They did a great job and I payed a lot of money for this long driveway to be repaved. I was under the impression that we had a good professional relationship... I am now in the process of finding a new company to finish the job because Prestige is just not responding. Can’t believe not even a response after hiring them for my big project. NOT EVEN A RESPONSE. No explanation... ZERO. So disappointing as this was a big project I hired them for originally.. and now they can’t even return a call. So unprofessional. Maybe they are no longer in business. If this is the case, I apologize. Jeff was very nice, helpful, professional. So I don’t understand the current lack of professionalism.

Jeff and his team were great and I'm very happy with the results. During the initial free estimate, Jeff spent over an hour explaining everything and working to determine the feasibility of tying the new concrete drains into an existing down spout drain. He took the time to make sure I understood the services they would provide and answered all questions I had. Jeff's brother John led the crew assigned to perform the work. They showed up on time, were professional and did a great job. You can tell they truly care about the work they do. I would highly recommend Prestige Paving ... a trustworthy, professional group of individuals focused on customer satisfaction.

I have to give a huge shout out to Jeff Thoma and Prestige Paving. What an exceptional experience! I had multiple local contractors come out to give me bids on my driveway, removing old sinking and cracked concrete and replacing with new asphalt. Jeff came out to see me, told me exactly what they had to do to replace my driveway and the amount of work needed to do the job right. The other contractors wanted to pave over the sinking cracked driveway! They arrived like an army on Monday morning as scheduled, one of the guys on the crew even stood with my blind neighbor and waited for his Access van because the trucks were blocking his normal waiting spot. The team of 8-9 guys worked in perfect harmony, through torrential rain; if something dropped on the ground, someone else was scooping it up. They were very friendly and funny, considerate of our neighborhood and so efficient! The job was completed this morning and we couldn't be happier. So thankful that we chose Prestige Paving. My experience started off by meeting Jeff, one of the owners of Prestige Paving. He met me at my house one afternoon to provide me with an estimate. Jeff arrived right on time and began measuring the existing driveway. He really took his time to make sure I understood exactly what services he was providing as well as understanding what it was that I wanted as a customer. The estimate was provided in a timely manner and the pricing fell right in the middle of the other two estimates that I had received. When it came time to begin work, the crew lead by Jeff's brother John, showed up on time as scheduled. This crew was top notch. They wasted no time in tearing out the old driveway. They were professional, knowledgeable, took care not to damage anything they were not replacing. They went above and beyond in installing the drainage. The paving work looks flawless. This crew did everything that Jeff and I agreed upon and more without issue. No additional charges, no shortcuts, no mess. I watched them lay down the new asphalt and I am confident the 2-1/2 and 1-1/2 was the minimum thickness provided. These guys are not out there to take their customers for a ride. They do what they say they are going to do and more. These guys are professionals. They care about the work they do. I highly recommend Prestige Paving.

I got 4 estimates for repaving my 30 year old 2,000 sq ft asphalt driveway. Let me tell you, there are some characters out there. Prices ranged from $12,000 to $6,500. How do you choose when faced with such a wide range for doing the same thing? After meeting with all the candidates simply felt I could take Jeff at his word. I wasn't wrong. Jeff's brother John supervised the crew and they were wonderful to work with. Neat, organized, finished in one way and the driveway looks great. I called them the next day to ask if I could make a small change and they came out the same day and took care of it. I'm very pleased and would recommend Prestige to everyone.

I feel it went really well. The crew members were all very nice and answered my many questions. My neighbors are happy with the new wall and I am very satisfied with my driveway. The owners of this company are very knowledgeable and willing to explain every detail that will be done. They are easy to deal with and great to talk to. I will have them come back next year to seal it. The owner was present for this two day job..........the entire time.

The representatives from Prestige Paving were very conscientious and professional. After meeting Jeff and Heather at the job location and getting their estimate to perform the work, Jeff suggested that since the main sewer line went straight down the center of the driveway, that I get a plumber to check out the line with a camera. This turned out to be an excellent suggestion, as there was a problem with roots in the sewer line. Once the plumber finished repairs to the sewer line, on a Thursday, Jeff's crew started their work the Monday. The crew and crew leader were very competent. They went about their work quickly and efficiently. They immediately started straightening and pushing the stone walls back to give me more space on the driveway between the walls with their skid machine. Their efforts gained approximately and extra foot or two of space. Breaking up the existing concrete turned out to be a difficult job, but the crew persevered, using jack hammers and the skid machine. When finished with the prep work, the foreman recommended waiting a week to let the ground and stone settle-a great suggestion, since the driveway was much harder one week later when they returned to pave the driveway and parking pad. They tied the new asphalt to the street and the next door neighbor's asphalt parking pad that abutted my driveway. The finished product looked great. We were and are very pleased with the new asphalt.

We called Prestige Pavers because of the good ratings on Angie's List and are very happy we did. Jeff came out and gave us an estimate at a time that was convenient to us. The work was done on time, the crew was pleasant, very professional, and did excellent work. Despite the rain, they were done in about a day and a half and the driveway and steps look perfect! I'm just sorry I didn't know about them when we had the original done. We highly recommend them!

Jeff and his team were excellent! Jeff actually looked at my driveway at the end of the season last year, and recommended waiting until after winter to repave/resurface my long driveway. Jeff was very helpful with explaining the details of what he felt would be the best way to fix my driveway. I felt very comfortable calling him to discuss any details when I had questions. This was a rather big project. He responded immediately. I got many bids and spoke with other companies. I truly can save you some time and legwork. Prestige Paving did an amazing job. The guys were professional and worked their ***** off to get this long driveway finished. Hopefully you will read this and give Jeff a call. His team is excellent.

Jeff arrived on time to provide an estimate to overlay my existing asphalt driveway. He provided a detailed work order and explanation of the work to be done which included excavating several patches of the existing driveway and raising a brick paver sidewalk. The job was completed in two days as promised and the job turned out perfectly. The crew was courteous and they were careful not to damage the yard. I wanted a professional job and that is why I chose Prestige. I received other estimates but those contractors did not even come to my residence to give me an estimate. I highly recommend Jeff and Prestige paving .

Jeff and his crew were excellent. They arrived on time each day and worked long hours and we were highly satisfied with their professionalism and courtesy and quality of their work. Their teamwork was amazing to watch...my three year old grandson loved watching all of the "diggers" from every window in the house. They had a little setback with the weather and also with an unexpected need to replace a drain but were able to efficiently overcome all obstacles. The result was a quality driveway that adds beauty and value to our home.
