Cioppa Asphalt & Seal Coating

I acquired 3 estimates for my driveway repair and sealing. Vic responded by phone call first and then didn't show up for the appt. He said his truck was stolen with his phone (contacts) in it. But, he got it back a few days later and eventually did come out for the bid. He arrived and gave me an estimate. He explained how he would repair some of the areas of my driveway by cutting out the bad sections, applying new asphalt patch and then sealing it. I liked that he was going to cut out the sections and take out the old concrete that was rupturing up through the driveway. Other companies just wanted to patch over it. He did what he said he would do but the final product just wasn't "finished" to my liking. Sealer was dripping down the edges of the driveway, there are some sections by the garage door he should have hand brushed in, he sealed right over the tap-ins for the gas line and water (they should have taken a smaller brush and sealed up to and around them NOT over them) the drain grate in front of the garage door has sealer splashed all over it. It just looks like a bunch of high school kids threw sealer all over the driveway.
