Paul responded to my call on a Sunday morning to service our gas hot water heater, which had stopped working. He quickly found a slow leak that had put out the pilot. Then in under 3 hours, he replaced the old hot water heater with a new one and we were back in business.

I had a leaky laundry shut-off valve. He quoted me 545 to replace it. He was professional and knowledgeable. But shortly after he left, I found out he could have replaced the shut for $30-40 versus charge me for the two valves he put in. I could have done it myself if I checked YouTube first. What ever happened to honest repair men that were not all about taking your money and building relationships vs getting top dollar for minimal work. First time I used them, I had a great technician. This go around, not so much. Wont be a third time.

They were very quick to respond to my emergency request. Their tech (Kyle) was very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, and the work was completed quickly. The only negative was the cost, which seemed a little high.

They did exactly what i needed. Dining room light has one switch at each entrance and works great. They found two additional wiring issues with the dining room electric which they corrected within the original quote. I would recommend them and will use them for any electrical work.
