"We were having trouble with water in the basement. The Alliance Chimney crew had to fix the liner and re-cement the top of our chimney. The crew lead by Joe Lewandowski, came and explained the problem in detail with photographs and options. In the end we put in a stainless steel liner and new piece at the top and re-cemented the pad. They were punctual, were honest and straightforward with us, and did a nice job. When the weather did not permit the re-cementing, we paid them anyway, and they promised to come back. They did this in two days and finished the job. Because they had the right sized ladder, they even took a peek at our back gutter to make sure it was flowing and not clogged."

When Nestor first came out to look at the project, he did a thorough walk through and asked good questions. I just happened to mention I also had a leak near the chimney on the roof, and he didn't hesitate to grab a ladder and climb up there to look at it. They did the work over a weekend, and were very polite and professional the whole time. They did a great job with the stucco, and were careful to not disturb any of the landscaping around the chimney. Overall, communication was good and scheduling was easy.
