Nguten's HVAC Services is EXCEPTIONAL. They are one of the few honest HVAC companies left. I hope this business stays in business for a long time. When our central air system broke, we first contacted the people who installed our system. We were under warranty, but they still ended us charging us $1300 for blower replacement and our system still wasn't working properly. So they said our TXV was broken and it would require thousands more. So we called a few other companies. One company said our control panel was broken and quoted us $1.5k. Another company said we need our WHOLE system replaced for 14000. Our system is only 6 years old. It is a new system. Finally, somehow I found James and his family business. He came and said the blower was on the wrong setting. He readjusted the setting and now it's working perfectly fine. And all he charged us was the diagnostic visit -- for less than a tenth the price others quoted. And the other companies would not have even fixed the problem. We are so grateful we found him and we are excited to recommend him to our friends.

Very fast and efficient work was done. Full removal and replacement of my attic AC unit. Nam and the other guys were fast and respectful and also cleaned after they were done.

James and his crew replaced our 20 year old compressor and air handler. They were very professional and had the work done as promised. The cost was also very reasonable and we will certainly hire James again if the need arises.

James texted beforehand to let me know he was on his way and was right on time for the appointment. He quickly determined the cause of my heat pump malfunction, installed a new part and got the system up and running. He also offered candid advice on maintenance contracts and checked the refrigerant level before he left. Overall, a great experience despite the circumstances.

Awesome! My hot water boiler heating system was not running properly. It would start and then an error code would display on the panel and the system would shut down. James arrived on time, took a look at the system and reset some switches. While we waited for the boiler to heat up to see if it solved the problem, James answered all of my other questions and walked me through some things. After a bit he decided it was good to go and said there was no charge for the work since it was so simple. Awesome! Then, about 20 minutes after James left the system threw the same error again. I called his cell phone and James came back within an hour to take a look. He noticed a tiny little sensor had been seated incorrectly, by nothing more than a mm or two - I don't know how he noticed it!. He reseated the sensor properly and BINGO fixed. And again, no charge! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nguyen's to anyone and I will definitely be calling them back for some other upgrades I'm looking to do soon.

I needed a new AC unit since the old one was 25 years old. Nam assessed everything via text message and was very responsive. He gave me accurate quotes on everything. He suggested I replace my furnace as well since it was also 20 years old. When Nam inspected the units, he also insisted on replacing the water heater since it would need to be removed anyway. Bottom line, Nam replaced all of these units in one day and didn't jack up the price. There's no need to go with the higher-priced, bigger businesses. His crew arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and left the space looking cleaner than it ever had before. These guys are great at what they do and good people you can trust.

Excellent service. Very fast too. Nam came out immediately after I called, I have never had that great of service from any other company. Prices are really reasonable. I recommend anybody that needs the job done fast to contact Nam.

James diagnosed the issue very quickly. He even took the time to teach me about my AC system and what to look for going forward. He did not want me to pay him for the visit, but I couldn’t let that happen... unheard of these days! Absolute great guy and knows his stuff! Would recommend Nguyen HVAC to anyone.

AMAZING!!! James Nguyen responded to my phone call ASAP - it was a 90 degree week & our central air stopped working. He came to access that afternoon & 3 days later - he & his team replaced the entire system. He also replaced a hot water heater which was old. My husband & I are extremely pleased with the expertise & quality of the entire project.

James Nguyen and his team could not have been more professional and helpful. I would proudly recommend them to any of my neighbors (which is extremely rare for me). Throughout the process, James personally responded to any questions or inquiries in minutes including weekends and holidays.

This was our first experience with Nguyen's HVAC Services. Nam Nguyen performed the work himself. He was thorough and professional and his price for the work done was amazingly reasonable and MUCH below our previous HVAC company's charge. Mr. Nguyen does not require an annual contract and bills only for the service work performed. Further, unlike our previous experience with other HVAC contractors, he does not pad the bill by finding questionable "maintenance" items to charge extra for. We would recommend him without the slightest hesitation. Call Nam Nguyen and save yourself a ton of money!

James and his team were excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly, talked us through everything; pros and cons and equipment options, not just the most expensive. They were always on time, even on the day an unexpected storm hit. Their work was clean and looks great and they were quick. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Setting up the estimate was easy. He knew his stuff and didn't push the pricier options unless I asked about them. The price we agreed upon seemed quite reasonable based on the research I did and other quotes. And the best part was that the work was done within a week, on the weekend, and only took up a few hours of one day.

I called a large company when the motor on my central AC unit broke. They came out and tried to sell me a brand new unit and said the part I need is obsolete. I didn't believe them so I did an online search and found Nguyen's. I spoke to Nam and he confirmed that the part is, in fact, NOT obsolete and he could order it for me right away- which he did. He came out and fixed the problem at a fraction of buying a brand new unit. He was easily accessible (through phone calls and texts), promp, professional and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest company that isn't trying to "upsell" you on parts and systems you do not need.

During the recent heat wave, the A/C broke at my rental unit. Since the my old A/C had no identification and was def. on the old freon standard, I decided it was time to switch to something newer and more efficient. I contacted several HVAC contractors and ended up selecting Nam based on prior reviews and his willingness to accommodate my schedule. Nam was available to answer all of my questions and provided the right product for my needs without upselling me features that I didn't need. I was able to coordinate remotely with Nam and he worked with my tenants to ensure a new system was up and running. I look forward to using Nam for all my future HVAC needs at this location and my other properties.

This company may be the best service providers ever to come into my home. They are knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and clean. They are willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the job is completed on time and as promised.

Outstanding! Nam is responsive, a pleasure to deal with and extremely thorough and skilled. He fit me in during a heat wave and thoroughly investigated the set up of this older system to diagnose the problem. Although I was concerned I might need a new unit, Nam uncovered and corrected an installation problem that shut it down. He fixed it without the need for any major parts and for an incredibly reason price. I highly recommend him for any HVAC needs. Top notch!
